    “Mauvais séjour”

    Exceptés l'intérieur des chambres et la gentillesse du personnel, les services sont loin d'être à la hauteur des prix pratiqués : nettoyage des chambres l'après-midi (nous étions absents le matin et l'avions signalé à la réception), la cuisine du restaurant n'est pas très bonne, la piscine sur le toit est peu profonde, très étroite et pas très longue. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il y a des pickpockets à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

We are sincerely sorry to read your dissatisfaction with the cleaning of your room, at Barceló we strive to provide total confidence in this area being fully aware that hygiene and cleanliness are aspects of major importance for our guests to feel 100% comfortable in our hotels, for a future occasion please do not hesitate to contact our reception desk to point out any service imperfection, the team will be swift in addressing the issue and correct any situation that is not in accordance with our established standards. We also lament that you did not liked our pool in the rooftop, where is no possible swim but we want to offer to our guest a place to explore the city during the sunny days. I regret reading that we weren't able to meet your culinary wishes on this occasion. Our menu offers many and different tapas from many countries and also main dishes. They also use the best products in the market. Regarding your last comment, I would like to inform you that we have during all the day security in the hotel. You do not have to worry. On the other hand we thank you for pointing out the kindness and enthusiasm of our staff, their friendliness and helpfulness being our hotels’ main strength we will definitely congratulate them all on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst staying among us.     “Excellent séjour”

    Excellent hotel, l'intérieur est très TOP. Très belle vu à la terrasse avec le 360°, vraiment magnifique. Sinon pour le petit déjeuner et le donner, c'est vraiment raffiné et très bon. Aussi tout est à côté, Rambla a quelques mètres, métro, bus, placa Catalynia, etc. Merci Barcelo Raval, on a passé un séjour inoubliable.Laila

    “superbe”

    hôtel emplacement superbe agencement superbe petit bémol réservé 2 suites pas les mêmes prestations une avec baignoire balneo l'autre pas???plus de mignardises dans la chambre a l'arrive !!!!!!!bouteilles d'eau prévues en chambre oblige de les réclamer chaque jourpour un 4eme séjour dans cet établissement un accueil un peu plus chaleureux aurait été parfait.

We are happy to know that you consider our location very convenient: Barceló Raval is actually less than 10 minutes by walk to "Las Ramblas", the "Mercado de la Boqueria" and the "Gotico" quarter. We would like to precise that our rooms have the same layout but, some of them, are not exactly the same of the the others: for example we do offer rooms with the bathtub and others only with the shower. We think that this is the best way to satisfy all the different guest requests.     “À 5 -10 minutes du centre”

    Hôtel design avec un toit terrasse panoramique qui permet de voir l’ensemble de la ville. Chambre pas très grande. Pour un séjour business j’ai trouvé qu’il manquait un bureau dans la chambre, pas de service de repas dans la chambre . Je n’ai pas trouvé où s’éteignait la climatisation. Petit déjeuner à partir de 7 heures le matin pas plus tôt.

Regarding the air conditioning, I would like to inform you that the botton to turn off is beside the bed, where you could find also the botton to open or close the curtains.     “Hotel aux petits soins pour vous”

    Sejour d affaire de 2 jours. Rien à redire, tout était parfait : restaurant excellent, accueil professionnel et chaleureux, chambre moderne et très confortable, décoration surprenante, personnel aux petits soins pour vous. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

    Sejour d affaire de 2 jours. Rien à redire, tout était parfait : restaurant excellent, accueil professionnel et chaleureux, chambre moderne et très confortable, décoration surprenante, personnel aux petits soins pour vous. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.
