    Increíble experiencia en este maravilloso hotel de esta ciudad tan maravillosa que sin duda no hubiera sido posible disfrutar plenamente sin los afortunados consejos e indicaciones de todo el personal del hotel. Mención especial al servicio de cocina y al Sr Sanchez por su hospitalidad y su amabilidad ante cualquier duda o inquietud. Sin duda volveremos.

    “Not the best ”

    Room is average , I asked many times to operate the A/C but without any respond from hotel, water pressure was not good at toilet, elevator very small and slow, but hotel location is nice and it’s have indoor pool and spa.

    “Location”

    This was my second trip to Istanbul so I wanted to be closer to the city centre. I chose this hotel, as it's only 50m away from Istikal street. The hotel need some little renovations, but all in all the most important is the service which was great! Especially Fettah, front desk manager.

    “Terrible management”

    when i first arrived i was told by reception that i will have a nice view and room on the 7th floor. After getting checked-in quickly, i opened the door expecting what i was assured by the staff ; the room was quite small but clean. The view from my room was chaos, opposite me was old and ugly buildings. Although this was not the biggest issue, the most significant problem was the broken AC in the room. Because of this, i had to open the window at night as it was to hot to sleep however the noise from the streets especially the constant beeping of cars every night were extremely loud and couldn't sleep for most nights. i complained about this issue to the receptionist and they told me different excuses every night, one of them being that the engineer was going to fix it. But when i checked the previous reviews for the hotel i found that this has been an issue for more than 2 years and also giving them false excuses. The two good things about this hotel was the staff working in the dining room for the breakfast and the nice swimming pool and sauna. I suggest if you are going to stay at this hotel make sure you are not facing the front side.

    “AMAZING”

    The city was awesome, but the place was maybe even better. Everything was absolultely lovely, and I have to mention about the staff, specially Mr. Sanchez, who looked eager to meet our needs and was so charming.
