    “Maxine Stay”

    Generally the hotel and stay was fantastic, with beautiful interiors, food and service. As a tip perhaps some ear plugs could be left in the room as there was some noise in the corridor at nights and early in the morning. I would also recommend that bathrobes be left in the room (I had to call to have one brought to me). In addition perhaps the massage prices could be lowered slightly.

    “Wonderful!”

    Great location! Clean rooms. We were offered a room that we believed was too small for a 10 days stay, so the staff upgraded us to a duplex room right away! The staff are helpful and friendly, always ready to serve you. Ebru, the receptionist, helped us with the reservations and transportation tips wich was very helpful.

    “Excellent staff”

    It was a nice city but not to blow up your mind. The food was excellent. The transportation was good and easy. Regarding the hotel was very very good in the most aspects. The staff was excellent. Very clean and quite down town. 2 minutes from Istiklal and 5 from the tram.

    “A part le personnel cet hotel ne vaut plus 4 étoiles”

    Chambre sans coin salon comme annoncé, pas de machine a café comme annoncé sur booking.com pour les chambres de luxes. Ma collègue qui avait une chambre standart a eu droit a des bouteilles d'eau gratuites tous les jours moi rien en chambre luxe ??? pas de peignoir dans la chambre. Pas de Hammam qui fonctionnait, personnel détestable au spa. La literie un peu molle et vieillissante... bref 4 étoiles je suis pas sur le + Le personnel a l'accueil très sympathique, la localisation et c'est tout

    “Joli hotel mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles”

    Le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment très sympathique mais le reste laisse à désirer, J'avais une chambre de "luxe" , la literie est vieillissante, pas de machine a café dans la chambre comme annoncé sur le site booking.com, pas de peignoir, pas de coin salon... le spa n'en est pas un, c'est juste une piscine le hamman ne marchait pas (enfin c'est ce que disait la personne sur place qui n'avait pas l'air de vouloir s'embeter) mon amie a eu droit a des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours dans sa chambre standart. rien dans la mienne . Bref à part le personnel il y a surement mieux dans le coin. La localisation par contre est très bonne.

    It was a nice city but not to blow up your mind. The food was excellent. The transportation was good and easy. Regarding the hotel was very very good in the most aspects. The staff was excellent. Very clean and quite down town. 2 minutes from Istiklal and 5 from the tram.
