    “No air conditioning for 3 days strait, bad food!”

    First off we had no air conditioning for 3 days straight. I complained politely the first 2 days to the front desk. They continued to tell me the air condition was fixed and was working fine. The third day I had to demand a manager come and look at the room. Now I also want you to know that not only was the air condition not working but it also was spraying and leaking a mass amount of water each night in between 12 to 3 am. The floor of the room would have 1" of water covering it by morning. So you can imagine the 3rd day when I was telling its raining in my room and they looked at this crazy white man like I was exaggerating and lying, I lost my composure!! I demanded the manager walk with me to my room. When she walked in her attitude completely changed as i pranced around the room splashing water every where. Water had a soaked blanket and all the towels in my attempt to try to form a barrier to keep our belongings dry. She was almost in tears when she realized we had been enduring 3 days of this. I was supposed to be enjoying myself on vacation and really tried hard to not let anything make me upset. I had had it at this point. No one believing me at the front desk infuriated me even more. I demanded a new room. Wouldnt you know the new room had one last thing happen.... the power went out at 2am. We flew back home to texas the next day. Also you should know the food quality of the buffet, which they count as the second restaurant is terrible. I mean it is bad. The alcohol is watered down like most all inclusive resorts so you can take several shots and many many drinks just to get a sleight buzz, even if your in full sun and heat. If you decide to stay here bring your own window unit, take cold showers at night to cool you off, and bring your own alcohol. Also only eat at the italian resturant or in the town close by. Nothing else from the resort. I can only hope this reveiw can save at least one other family the problems we went through here. This resorts maddow should be no matter how bad it gets just know it can get worse!

    “An okay experience”

    The room was bad. The AC was not properly working. It was very humid (wet clothes were wet for days). There was a horrid smell coming from the AC. We told reception, they promised to fix it but nothing happened. The beach is beautiful, the pools are good, the service is very good. Food is okay. I would not stay there again.

    My girlfriend has stayed at this hotel 16 times over the years and wanted me to see what it's all about, so I booked in to stay with her for 8 nights. I must say - all of the staff were exceptional. A massive shout out to Enrique, Abel and Humberto who always gave us service with a smile on their face. A huge shout out to Paco on the entertainments team who took the time to get to know us and made our days exciting and full of character. Overall a really pleasant stay at a beautiful location and I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!! I will be returning as soon as I can! Muchas gracias amigos!!!

    “wEDDING aNNIVERSARY”

    The staff was very friendly. The rooms are good. The resort has no entertainment, aside from the pool people there is nothing to do there besides eat. The food menus can be definitely looked at. What was on the menu did not coincide with what you get on your plate. Maybe the Chef needs to be trained or someone needs to change the description of the food

    “Friendly staff, clean resort, close to entertainment and shopping”

    Staff was over the top friendly, the resort was clean, rooms were kept up lovely, and it was a 25 minute beach walk or a 3-4 minute cab ride to bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We have been here 3 years in a row and next year, we are taking a big family vacation here with probably 10-12 other people. Can't wait!
