    “Average.”

    Was not overly impressed. The rooms were clean and tidy and spacious and was a great location. Some of the staff was friendly and lovely though some had no experience and had no idea what they were doing. The buffet dinner and breakfast was very poor, limited food and poor quality and struggled with maintaining the restaurant standards/ cleaniness. Overall i would recommended staying there but would certainly not eat there, go out and enjoy the local restaurants.

We have also taken good note of your remarks on the dining expériences and sincerely lament reading that we fell short of your culinary expectations on this occasion, although I would like to take the opportunity to point out that our Executive Chefs follow a two weeks menu rotation including a wide array of both local and international delicacies to cater for all diet requirements and please the most demanding palates, this is why we are sorry to read that we were not able to conquer yours and will make sure to discuss your critics with our team.     “Nice hotel”

    The room is wonderful with a fridge, kettle, tv , sleepers , etc. It is very near to a shopping center and a supermarket. When we were there on the weekend ,there was a show on the street that you can hear from the room. But it finished at midnight I think. Breakfast is around 9 euros and you pay there. The front desk is a problem, because they pretend they speak English but they can not understand everything. I hotel like this they should speak English well.

    “Great customer service and pool”

    The hotel has a really nice pool which is ideal after a hot day in Fes. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Imane, helping us make hamman and restaurant reservations. Breakfast is standard continental with some traditional Moroccan food.

    “Süper”

    Bir şehir otelinden beklenebilecek her şey var. Yeni Fez'in tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Kahvaltı ve yemekler harika. Personel ilgili. Odalar çok güzel ve tüm beklentilerinizi karşılıyor. Otelin dekoru iç açıcı. Fez için en iyi alternatiflerden biri.

    Barcelo zincir otellerden biri (adından da anlaşılacağı üzere).O yüzden seviyesi yüksek.Bir gece kaldık.Oda gayet güzel ve temizdi.Mobilyalar birinci sınıf.Yemekler açık büfeydi ve lezzetliydi,temizdi.Lokasyon gayet güzel.Odalarda su ısıtıcısı kahve ve çay çeşitleri olması küçük ama çok önemli bir ayrıntıydı.
