    “Restful break away”

    Nice hotel right on the beach, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food was a bit bland and only luke warm so we eat out after two nights. Would have liked to have seen prices on bar receipts as you don't know what you are paying until you leave. Felt that the cold pool could do with some maintenance as it had several broken and missing tiles.

    “Very enjoyable experience”

    We had a couple of hrs in the Spa which we really enjoyed. It was fun trying the different pools. We didn't go in the outside pool as the water was cold and the outside temperature wasn't very warm that afternoon. Felt relaxed when we left after our first experience in the different pools. A also had a massage which was so relaxing probably the best I've ever had. Cant remember the girls name who done the massage but she made me feel at ease straight away

    “Good and not so good”

    Just back from a weeks stay. It was an ok hotel some really good points - namely room and location. Although we didn't have a sea or pool view but were at the side - but it was a lovely large quiet room. Food not good and some stingy touches. Tea and coffee in the room but only three tea bags which were not replenished after you had used them at all - pretty poor. when I asked the rep why this was the answer was a knowing " are you a superior package or just standard?" Well we were standard ( never actually got offered option to upgrade) and apparently this is one of the differentiators. We were half board but only went to dinner twice ( once to try dinner and then just for a snack as we had had lunch out) - not to our taste. Very cafeteria style. Not many options at all. Though the cheese was very good. Breakfast was ok- if you could find a bowl you were doing well. Had to resort to yoghurt on a plate once which was interesting. I have been to this resort twice before and had been looking forward to returning and staying at the Barcelo but it didn't wow us in any way - sorry

    “VERY NICE RELAXING STAY”

    cool hotel ,good position, good mix of ages, entertainment good, relaxing bar areas, would definitely go to this hotel again. for a short winter getaway.the area is good too plenty of restaurants and small bars to enjoy the nightlife

    “excellent bar staff and spa was great second visit would go again.Very nice location Drinks were better than first visit”

    second visit to this hotel room very comfortable. bar staff and waiters were friendly and gave good service.Pool was warm and the spa area was great to use.we hope to return soon.Hopfully this year.We were All inclusive and the quality of drinks have improved
