    “Needs cleaning supervision”

    Overall the hotel and the rooms have good taste. But attention on the cleaning area is missing quite a lot. The bathroom needs mantainance in shower and sinks. And for the beds... I was bitten by bed bugs. I would not consider these hotel is a 5 star.

    “Rating May Depend on your Room”

    Because the weather was on the cool side, the hotel only had heat available. My room on the top floor was very warm, and you could hardly open the sole window. Room on the dark side. Breakfast average in a room below ground with no view. I was with a tour group.

    “Lovely hotel but car park a nightmare ”

    We couldn’t fault the hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and location quiet but accessible for city centre. The room was cleverly designed with a large comfortable bed. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was extensive. So what could go wrong? Exiting the car park was a nightmare. It took over 20 minutes with much manoeuvring and help from my wife. Close to impossible. To be avoided if you have a large car. Such a shame as the only criticism.

    “Good and bad”

    Check AC (did not work), room on street side with window open it was very noisy, no English tv station in 5 ***** hotel, wow, have good working wifi in rooms (luckily it was fixed after I called reception, but this should not have been necessary for 5 star hotel

    Good location, close to the city center. Ideal to visit Oviedo vor a day. Nice, spacy & modern rooms, but there is some noise from the street. Breakfast was excellent. (but a pity it's in a room without windows).
