    “Terrible ”

    I don’t understand how this resort get such positive reviews. My partner and I got terrible stomach problems because of the food and it lasted our whole vacation. The food is terrible/mediocre, dishes which should be hot were cold and vice versa. The rooms were poorly cleaned, a lot of times we didn’t get all our towels cleaned. The hotel is clearly outdated, so don’t believe the pictures you see. The staff was really friendly and you could see they worked very hard, but I will not recommend or revisit this resort ever again. (In the picture: this was the salad bar, which was 32 degrees Celsius!)

We would like to take the opportunity to point out that our hotel, like all the hotels of our chain, undergoes regular independent audits sent both by the company and the tour operators we collaborate with to ensure our strict food safety management procedures, imposed on a global level by the company, are being followed and respected at all times; under no circumstances would we put our guests health at risk, their safety being of course our main concern, we can only assume that you may have consumed something outside the hotel during your stay or on your way. In relation to the incidents regarding the cleaning of your room, we would like to offer our sincere apologies as clearly we were not performing to our usual standards on this occasion. We sincerely appreciate the time you spent to share your comments. Our guests' feedback is of utmost importance to ensure our demanding standards of service at all times, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconsistency you may have experienced during your stay.

    “Best hollidays so far”

    Barcelo tiran sharm has the best serving ive seen so far. Staff is amazing, place is very huge with a lot of things to do starting with pools and ending with diving courses. Room service is just great but you have to leave at least a dollar every few days if you want to be surprised once you come back! Very huge beach with beautiful riff in the sea! And of course there is this guy called Omar. You have to meet him to get know in all hotel stuff! He is the best animator I met so far, on the other hand he is very nice person to communicate with and ask things you dont know about the city etc. Overall the rating is 9. Could be 10 but the food ruins it. It has nice looking and want-to-be-eaten look but not everything is delicious. You have to get used to it! P.S. Events every night - best quality!

    “Mercan resifleri”

    Otelin önünde mercan resiflerinin olması harika. Rengarenk balıklar ve mercanlar göz alıcı. Otel bölgenin en kuzeyinde yer alıyor,bu nedenle ekim-nisan arası çok rüzgar alıyor. Mayıs-eylül arası tercih edin. Çalışanlar çok saygılı ve nazikler.

    “çok iyi otel”

    2-8 mayis tarihlerin de barcelo otelde esim ve cocugumla konakladik. deniz icin zaman gayet iyiydi. Otel oldukca kaliteli.genellikle ruslar kaliyor. Personel cok guleryüzlü. Size sürekli yardimcı olmaya calışıyor. Cocuk parki ve oyun odasi var. Restorantta yemekler genelde rus misafirlere gore cikiyor ama gayet yeterli. restorantta calisan Ahmed Allaam çok güleryüzlü bir personel ve biz çok memnun kaldık ondan. Türkleri seviyorlar. Bu fiyatlara yapabileceğiniz en iyi tatillereen biri diyebilirim.
