    “Worst hotel I've ever stayed”

    Most staff were nice and pleasant with a few exceptions. I can tell the good employees are frustrated with their inability to help the guests due to the limitations they have. We did not have clean towels in room for over 24 hours even asking for them three different times. The phone in room did not work, I reported it three times and was told they were going to fix it, it never happened. The food is the same every day and the quality does not match the price I paid to stay there. There a a very limited types of drinks that are included in the price, most of everything else was at a surcharge. Terrible place to stay, you can get more for your money everywhere else.

    “nice place for nice peo”

    I enjoy a week of total relaxation and fun the experience of being there was the best the beach is very clean as well as its surroundings I really love the food of the ocean restaurant that by the way has a beautiful view towards the sea

    “Not worth it.”

    The place is rundown, receptionist was horrible from not knowing how to greet a guest to the point of not Making guest aware of any events or amenities in the hotel. The food was gross, everything was of low quality, most of the food seemed as if it was being reheated continuously and used on consecutive days until it was not edible. The cleaning staff was great and very friendly, they were the only ones who actually deserved any type of praising for trying to get rid of all the bugs in my room and they were the only ones who informed me the mini bar was complimentary.

    “Hote Barcelo Montelimar”

    the hotel must be upgrade completely, some equipment in the room need to change starting with the lamps , clock , bathroom, etc the staff some are fine but some have bad attitude with the customer staring with the receptionist

    “Family Stay”

    Excellent staff, haggard accommodations, slightly above average entertainment. I had assumed there would be more organized social programming for guests to mingle, but sadly there was not. The disorganization & isolation make this a better fit for romantic getaways on a tight budget and with low expectations than for families or friends looking to socialize.
