    “Exellent place with poor AC”

    We visit there as a couple in last Julay, the location is great, the service too. The down side of our visit is the AC, it was useless, just make noise and very hot. The hotel is very clean and highly maintaine

    “Poor service, not a five stars hotel”

    I stay in your hotel with not work television for three days, I keep notify your host and they said they will let your technician fix but no one appears to fix it. The worst is when I talk to a man like a manager and his attitude is so bad. Your website state is five stars hotel, but service act not like what your state. Very disappointed.

    “Nice hotel within walking distance to train/subway station, restaurants, shops and attractions”

    The hotel is only 8 minutes away from the Prague central train station, which is very convenience for us as we are taking train to Munich after the hotel stay. The room we have is on the top floor, with air conditioning, we don't feel warm at all. The view is great. facing the National Museum. Subway station is outside the hotel. Walking to the old town is a nice 15 minutes walk. Shops, restaurants are within couple of minutes away (walking). Breakfast buffet is 10 Euro which is good value. There is a security guard on duty at the front entrance. And you need to room card to get to your floor. One draw back is there is only one elevator for the whole hotel. So give yourself time when checking out if you are in a hurry.

    Gerekli standartlarda herşey düşünülmüş. Merkeze ve metroya yakın. Huzurlu, ciddi hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmıyorsunuz. Temiz, wifi hizmeti kusursuz işliyor. resepsiyonda hersey yolunda ilerliyor. Kahvaltı servisi biraz daha güleryüzlü yapılabilir.
