    “Average Hotel in Granada”

    Stayed here one night on a Trafalgar Tour. Great place to stay if you are passing through. The hotel was clean and the front desk was very helpful. Room was very nice as well. The morning breakfast was what you would expect. All the basics.

    “Business-style hotel but good for city break too.”

    Easy to access from motorway. Large underground car park (though tight to get car in and out). Easy walk to city centre and attractions.Effective aircon in the room and large TV. Large bathroom. We didn't use the hotel's restaurant so can't comment on those.

    “Not as expected”

    My room was really noisy during the day and night. It was facing the main road. One of the room windows was not even closing properly. Breakfast was really poor and coffee really bad. Room service was bad. Ordered something and I have received it after 1 hour. They have forgot about it.

Sometimes it is impossible to guarantee this as there are going to be moments during the early hours for instance where some traffic noise may be heard from the local municipality services, especially on our lowest road facing floors. We are however happy to know that thankfully we had availability and were able to provide you with alternative accommodation Please accept our sincerest apologies for the imperfections you describe in your review, all rooms reserved for new arrivals are per standard double checked by our head of housekeeping to ensure that everything is functional and spotless for our guests, clearly we were not performing to our usual standard on this occasion and we regret not being immediatley informed at reception so as to be able to intervene in no time for you to fully enjoy your stay in our hotel, for a future occasion, please do not hesitate to contact the reception desk for anything you may need, the team will do its utmost to find an immediate solution for you.     “Nice and clean”

    We where on a Trafalgar Tour ,the Hotel was fine ,the breakfast was also fine ,don't really know much about the area because we came in the Bus and did all our activities with the bus . The key for the safe was a bit annoying but not a big problem , empty mini bar was surprising but it is what it is .

    “Occidental or Accidental?”

    Arrived with Trafalgar tours. Firstly they accidentally lost my suitcase then found it. Room good size but very spartan. Empty mini bar, no amenities in bathroom, all obtained via front desk on request. Room safe required deposit to obtain a key! Not digital so technologically behind the times. Location to Alhambra and Albaicin district too far. Nearest local plaza with restaurants 2km walk. Breakfast okay dismal looking scrambled eggs. Very average coffee at best.
