    “Spíš sportovní než romantické prostředí”

    Hotel na mě svým interiérem působil jako malý český aquapark s jednou klouzačkou. Nelíbily se mi zatuchlé a nepraktické skříně. a za nejhorší považuji špinavé nádobí v bufetu. za skvělé považuji situování hotelu- blízko promenády spojující Puerto Santiágo s obcí Alcalá. Blízko pláže. Blízký obchod. Příště bych vybrala jiný hotel někde poblíž tohoto

It does indeed sound from what you describe that some aspects of your stay did not meet our usual standards of service; please accept our sincerest apologies for failing to make your stay with us a perfect moment of relaxation, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We have taken good note of your remarks on the cutlery in our restaurant and have shared your comments with our head of department and want to take this opportunity to explain that all dishes, cutlery and glasses are washed in industrial dishwashers at extremely high temperatures so as to not only remove any kind of food but also to ensure that all resistant bacteria are killed. All pieces are then replaced in the buffets by our staff who verifies that every piece is clean and spotless and clearly we were not performing to our usual standards on this occasion and encourage that in future you point out any imperfection whilst onsite for us to be able to intervene immediately.  On the other hand,we are glad to read that you really enjoyed our unbeatable location to visit the wonders of a vacation in tenerife. Thank you again for your visit and constructuve critics, our primary goal being to assure our guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their visits, we are eager to regain your confidence during another occasion if you gave us that chance Best regards

    Kdo chce přeřvané animační programy, které slyšite i když nechcete do 23.hodiny, přeplněnou jidelnu, protoze je vzhledem ke kapacite hotelu malá, měkké matrace, tak je to jedinečná volba. Za nás never more.

    “February holiday”

    Room was nice and big. Swimming pool was ok. Enough deck chairs.The water in the pool was cold. The cleaning service was perfect. Good place to take sun and stay overnight, but not eat at the hotel. The food doesn´t taste anything. The breakfast in the hotel was very noice.

    “4 weeks in Allegro”

    Fully enjoyed my stay here staff are first rate and food of a good standard. Don't like the metal chairs in bar which were an assault on the ears everytime they moved. Have stayed here 6 times the up dating/refurbishments are not in my opinion an improvement. General description used of it being like a burger bar or an ice cream bar are quite appropriate I think.
