    “Luxury trip ”

    We were 20 pax staying in this property for 2 nights. Language problem with very uncooperative staff, when we requested the AC , they refused to switch it on saying that it was under repair but a few of my friends threatened the staff so they switched it on for 3 rooms. Not worth staying here.

     Dear Mrs. Pune, We were very disappointed to read your experience during your stay in our Barceló Casablanca hotel, whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, please believe we do extend it with all sincerity. We lament hearing that the service provided at reception fell short of your expectations as it does not reflect the standard of service that our team provides and i only asume that there must have been some sort of misunderstanding due to the language barrier nevertheless i will certainly share your comments with the head of department for revision. Regarding the air-conditioning, we are sorry if there was a problem with the functioning of the system in your room, we would have sent our maintenance staff immediately to repair it had we known at time. Again, we genuinely appreciate the time you took out of your day to inform us of the inadequacies you experienced during your stay and we sincerely hope that you will allow us another opportunity to demonstrate our true level of hospitality and interest in serving you properly in the future.     “Clean, crisp, modern”

    Centrally located. Well mannered staff throughout this boutique hotel . Breakfast and dinner buffet were good and included. Beautiful and efficient modern bathroom . Wifi works great. Beddings of high quality. Room size spacious with sitting area. Highly recommend .

    “Rough start but a good ending”

    We were staying here for just one night, arrived too early to check in but they were very helpful and held our bags. When we did check in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned yet, the good news was that the staff were helpful and gave us an upgrade for our troubles. The hotel was a short cab ride to shopping and restaurants.

    “Excellent Hotel and Best Staffs”

    Barcelo Anfa Casablanca 44 Boulevard d'Anfa, Casablanca 20000, Morocco Enjoyed excellent reception from staff and especially: Fatima Zahra (Manager) and Safaa. It excellent hotel for business, tourist and conference. Casablanca is the best city ever. Enjoyed my stay Much recommended.

    “disappointing stay”

    Location was quite central, in a very busy noisy avenue. Windows don't close properly making sleeping very difficult. Room was clean even if relatively basic. Only 1 small shower gel for 2 persons provided. Breakfast was adequate - very basic and in limited supplies. Dinner left much to be desired...cold salads, boiled pasta and rice, meat balls and dry chicken. One particular server in the evening shift needed a crash course in customer care. Only 2 lifts available to serve the hotel.
