    No complaints,Everything was excellent.Staff were amazing.Nothing was too much trouble.The hotel is extremely user friendlyThe dining room was never crowded,except when there was a conference on.Air conditioning was great

    “Great modern hotel in very pleasant location”

    This is a very modern hotel with good facilities and very pleasant and helpful staff in a great location.Would suggest the frontal seaview rooms are worth the extra premium paid .only downside is the limited number of close by quality restaurants at Illetas , but that is not the fault of the hotel

    “5 night stay poor customer service”

    First stay at this hotel there are a few areas they need to improve upon to be a 4* in my view. Arrival good, nice glass of fizz, and reception staff good initially but rather slow at processing to the systems. We did not pay for a sea view and our superior room was over a local car park with bins etc, rather noisey early in the morning and as a result balcony a bit smelly. The room was in a loft style with no separate bathroom, sink next to bed with trendy glass screen. Shower leaked water all over floor in room. No drawers to store anything, wardrobe massive but only 6 hangers, hanging space not long enough for a dress and due to lack of storage you had to put clothes on the only shelf in wardrobe making hanging space shorter. No surface space in room either, tiny bedside shelf big enough for smal iPad or book. Tea and coffee in room, not topped up regularly and sometimes only topped up with green or apple tea no normal tea. Ours wasn’t topped up for 3 days until we complained. Toiletries like shower gel weren’t topped up either so take your own. Hairdryer is fixed under sink and you need to be very strong to stretch the short spiral flex anywhere near your head and I’m very short! Our hairdryer would only blow out cold air as it was broken, i telephone reception having just got out of the shower, they assumed I didn’t know you could push a button in for cold aire and I explained that was why it was broken it was stuck, to which they said they had a spare could I go to reception and get it! I was a little taken aback and asked they they bring it to me etc. Pool area is poor, the pool is nice, as is the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi had lots of grit in the bottom, the pool is very deep at all areas. There were 84 sunbeds around the pool and 9 parasols! I asked for an additional parasol to be told there weren’t any by the pool attendant. Another couple asked for a parasol and were told the same, when they said it’s wasnt good enough the pool attendant said “it’s not my problem”, this prompted them to complain and we each received a parasol but we had to wait for one to be repaired and that we as all they had, many of the bases were loose and broken. The pool area was dirty, there is a shower with two sides, one inaccessible due to garden foliage, the other a stream of water not working properly and smelly with slimy floor and green algae surrounding it. The pool beds were dirty and had not been cleaned, they had old sun cream, bird poop etc and very dusty at foot area because the floor wasn’t clean either. I did give my feedback to the deputy manager, a lovely lady who listened but said the beds were cleaned daily, I suspect they think they are being cleaned daily, in all the time at the pool I do not see anyone cleanin except for one day when they were taking official pictures. At the pool there are7 large balanese beds,white, again not that clean, you can hire these for 80 euros a day which is very expensive, you get a bottle of cava and some fruit for this, they weren’t taken very often but they do take out the entire sea view for other pool users and mean that many of the other beds are so cramped that you have to climb on them from the bottom not the side and your lying in your bikini very close to strangers. Pool towels are provided on a ticket basis but you can’t have more than one a day even if yours is soaking wet, A lady had a bad back and asked for an extra towel to roll up and support her back, she got a negative response saying it was policy for environmental issues but if you hired the 80 Euro beds you could have a bale of towels, so, if you swim expect to sun bath on a wet towel for the rest of the day. The spa area is also a bit musty and not so clean, pool,users use spa toilets and they are not regularly checked. The breakfast was superb, bean to cup coffee machines, lovely selection of food and good quality produce, the waiting staff were very good, I saw them taking great care of a disabled gent attending to his needs, serving his food to him and setting it up on his table. We left for our plane at 8.10am ,when we arrived we were told breakfast was 7.30 to 10.30,so we went for breakfast at 7.30, all the food was out including hot food, but there was a bar across the door, we pushed it, the staff looked round saw us spoke to each other then turned all the lights off, very rude. We went to reception to be told we had been told wrong breakfast want until 8 which for a hotel with conferencing is too late, we explained we were leaving but they offered us a coffe and a biscuit from reception. The latter incident just about summed up the hotels sttitude to customer service, everything seemed money driven for example a couple, had bought a bottle of wine ina local shop to enjoy in their balcony and asked to borrow a cork scene as they hadn’t realised it was not a sore top, they were told to call room service who would uncork it for a fee on top of the 5euro room service fee. I picked this hotel because there were some very good reviews and I guess people have different exoectsti9ns, but I usually stay 4* and haven’t had a problem. I also picked it as it had a private beach cove, what a shabby place that was looked more like the dog beach I saw in Dubrovnik, not a place I would go but could be made so nice.

    “Quiet, Relaxing few days at good hotel”

    We stayed for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel was boutique style which made it feel quiet and relaxing.All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was of a good standard and you could sit on the balcony looking out to sea. Plenty of sunbeds available whenever we wanted to sit by the pool and they enforced a no reserve policy which obviously helped the situation! Rooms were fairly small but nicely decorated.shower was good. Wasn’t too keen on basin in the bedroom. Would definitely visit again for a romantic relaxing few days!

    Na Barcelo slabší ale celkově velmi dobré. Na pokojích umyvadlo na pokoji což způsobuje nedostatek soukromí. Malá kapacita welnes - pouze dvě odpočinková lehátka , zmatený systém výdeje a výměny ručníků.
