    “Not enough elevator capacity.”

    Not enough elevator capacity. Waited over 7 minutes, then used stairs from the 12th floor. Poor air conditioning. Minibar refrigerator was at room temperature. Shuttle to metro too infrequent. Needed to get to MXP airport, but would have had to wait over an hour for the shuttle (which only brings you to the metro, not the airport.)

Discussions involving the respective team members and management have taken place to review your comments, and we would like to assure you that all of your concerns will be addressed and attended to. We sincerely regret the wait you experienced when using our lifts, our hotel counts with 5 lifts at disposal of our guests to minimize the wait during peak hours, nevertheless we commit to study ways to improve in this aspect of our services. The tree airport are reachable with taxi, so on payment or by public transportation, less expensive, the nearest train and metro connection to the city, are reachable with small movements that we cover by our free shuttle bus, provided from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00. We are very sorry to read the disturbances caused by the air conditioning unit in your room and not being immediately informed as we would have been able to send a technician and have it repaired in no time for you to fully enjoy your stay, for a future occasion please do not hesitate to contact our reception desk for anything we may do for you to fully enjoy your stay among us.     “Barcelo hotel Milan”

    Barcelo hotel. Brilliant hotel. Shame we wernt told about the extra tax you have to pay to stay there. didnt spoil the holiday amazing hotel great staff shame about the location but transport into the centre is very easy to navigate. Couldn't really fault it

    “Restaurant service is absolutely terrible”

    Hotel is ok, a bit expensive for the quality Worse service ever. in the restaurant. There are not enough waiters for the demand. I will never back to this restaurant. Expensive, crowdy and terrible service. Slow, really slow

    “Great stay”

    Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Loved our stay here. Friendly staff and lots of facilities. Around 10 minute walk to train station to travel into Milan central for 1.50€. Alternatively around 30€ in a taxi.
