    “a wonderful vacation.”

    Rested with friends in late November and early December. In general, the place is very beautiful, good beach, sea, nature, hotel grounds.I want to give special thanks to the animation of the hotel. We had a lot of fun with animation guys especially with Heriberto. I want to say that keep up the good work !!! Be sure to return to you !!! GOOD LUCK!!

    “Ok, good enough, but not brilliant”

    #Booked through BA holidays. Evening Check in was good, swift. Brilliant spacious room on second floor of block 11, with 3 floors, and lifts. No toilet roll on arrival, mentioned next day and provided same day. TV - huge range of SKY channels but not my beloved BBC world or even Euro news in English. Ended up watching CNN most of the time because I can't bear Fox. No Algezira either, which is a fairly neutral alternative for me. No kettle, just a coffee filter machine through which I heated water to make my tea with self provided tea bags. Coffee filter bags and crushed beans are provided in room. The much recorded issue of payed for wifi, on review forums is true. Cost $45 for 7 days, which I booked and paid for on 1st full day, and which worked fine all week, in room and in public areas. You do need to book al a carte restaurants on site early, very early. I arrived Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning booked the Mexican restaurant for 3 days later and La Caracola fish restaurant for 6 days later (my last night there). Mexican was good enough though not exceptional, but at least I had some access to avocado and guacamole there, which was never available at the buffet restaurant. As for the fish restaurant my recorded and evidenced 6 day in advance booking for a table, on arrival I was told the restaurant had been pre-booked for a special event and that my pre-booking would not be honoured. I was gob smacked and furious. No time to rebook, it was my last night. This is unforgivable in terms of hotel management. And no, I won't be going back. But, most staff were friendly and helpful. I can't give names because name tags, worn on breasts/ chests were too small to read without getting up close - too close to be comfortable to do! Buffet food is good but very repetitive and borders on bland after a couple of days. Nice to have live cooking stations for omelettes, eggs, pancakes at breakfast, and pancakes and chosen meat/ fish at dinner, but chicken variously cooked is most reliable; beef stew was tough, very, as were very stringy and dry pork skewers. Those who love desserts will have a good time - beautifully designed cake/ dessert offerings, some of which others took loads, presumably back to their rooms. I hope they actually ate them because I saw many plates of this stuff being half touched and then dumped. What gives anyone the right to waste food when so many in the world are starving? The pool bar is good if you want full day access to burgers, hot dogs and chips, alongside wine/ beer/ cocktail top-ups. But the pool bar is more likely to run out of white wine than the other bars. I found no difference between weekdays and weekends i.e. no experience of negatives around locals descending upon the hotel at weekends as reported in other reviews. Yes it was a bit busier in the evenings, but actually no agro and no difference to service, especially on pool deck from main bar. The odd (not every time) $1 tip for replenishing a glass of white wine worked well for me. Mostly they are all nice staff who do their best to make your visit a good one.

    “Animación team!!!!”

    The Animación were amazing they were so nice and funny and generally just great people.My favourite was Jóse as he was the one that made me realise how fun it was to dance especially to Danza Kuduro (thanks Jóse) All the other staff were amazing as well.

    “A wonderful time”

    Every minute in this hotel was full of happiness and pleasure. First we booked only for 3 days and wanted to have a diversity of different locations, but we couldn't manage to leave this place for 2 entire weeks. Everybody, including staff and guests seems to be absolutely happy and friendly + helpful. The guests here seem to be very young. We saw mostly young russian couples. They all seemed to maximum enjoy this place. The beach is very clean and beautyful, so are the pools. The rooms are very comfortable. We always had a good sleep at night. In the evening / at night it was sometimes some noice in the floors, but it was usually young people in good mood, so we liked it. We liked the food alot, unlimited and easy access to everything we could imagine all inclusive. Tip: If you want to have some diversity in dining make sure to book the restaurants for evening time (free all inclusive) on your first day, as during our visit the restaurants were often fully booked (even in off season). A little bit confusing was the towel-strategy of the room service. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to get fresh towels in time every day, so usually I asked the Room-Service personal personally for new towels in the floor and gave them our old ones. As for Beachvolleyball friends: We had beachvolleyball possibilities every day. They have good Mikasa Beachvolleyball Beach Champ VLS 300, like in official tournaments and there were people playing every day. As for the high popularity of beachvolleyball, you will not play 2vs2 like in tournaments, but more like 4vs4 up to 6vs6. The people there are all friendly and try to play as good as possible. We also enjoyed to play Tennis, badminton and basketball in our trip, all for free. We are very sure that we will come back to this place on our next stay in Punta Cana!

    Hotel čistý, personal ochotný a usměvavý, jidlo skvěle jen v moři bylo plno ras ale za to nikdo nemuze to je příroda, každé rano je odklizeji takže na plazi jich je malo. Byla to moje první dovolená u moře takže já jsem na rámec spokojena!!!!!
