Through its dishes, the restaurant tells the living story of the city, reinterpreting iconic recipes and offering a carefully curated selection of sweet and savoury options. The restaurants and bars at Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo offer a wide range of dining options and a rich culinary experience.
The restaurant is advised by the Padrón brothers, the first Canarian chefs to be awarded 2 Michelin stars for their restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos (located at Barceló Royal Hideaway Corales). They have also been awarded 1 Michelin star for Poemas by Hermanos Padrón and hold 3 Repsol Suns.

Típicamente Sanabria embraces exquisite cuisine, blending traditional cooking with modern innovation and showcasing the local produce of Tenerife. The Padrón brothers convey, through the complexity and creativity of their dishes, a magnificent story of their homeland: the Canary Islands.
