Golf enthusiasts will find a lot to love at Barceló Hotels throughout the world. Another golf tourism destination is Manzanillo in Mexico. Guests at the Barceló Karmina will find Las Hadas, a spectacular course where the 18th hole is on an island next to the hotel. The hotel partners with Los Delfines, which may well be the only course in the world where a flock of scarlet macaws shares the course with the golfers. Barceló Bávaro Beach is an adults-only resort in the Dominican Republic that offers an 18-hole championship golf course that winds through a mangrove forest with 25 inland lakes. This beautifully maintained course was designed by the renowned Pete Dye and incorporates native plants around the greens and fairways.
