The Arrozante restaurant at the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento hotel welcomes diners in a space in continuous dialogue with Mediterranean culture and with a gastronomic proposal based on signature rice dishes, where the flavour and quality of raw materials are the true centrepiece at the table.

Arrozante is committed to a cuisine in close contact with the Spanish country and its traditional recipes, serving rice dishes made from a key ingredient: the "bombita" rice variety from the Albufera de Valencia. This unique rice has loyal fans among some of the most famous Spanish chefs, and is cultivated by hand in the Valencian region of Ribera Baja, the cradle of paella and rice cultivation on the peninsula.

Information

Arrozante is more than a restaurant. It is a culinary concept with rice as a guiding thread and Carlos Otaola, one of the best rice masters in Spain, as chef. The star ingredient on its menu is the "bombita" rice variety from the Albufera de Valencia, with which they cook the traditional Valencian paella, black rice or senyoret, as well as soupy rice dishes using ingredients such as lobster, cuttlefish with pumpkin or oxtail.

Besides an extensive list of starters, Arrozante offers some of the most popular dishes of Spanish cuisine with seafood as key ingredients, as well as fideuás and different varieties of seafood. The restaurant has a children's menu and à la carte starters for the youngest members of the family.
