Our awards
El Rincón de Juan Carlos at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort holds 2 Michelin Stars, as well as 3 Repsol Suns, recognising the outstanding work of the Padrón brothers. In 2019, Juan Carlos Padrón was also named “Chef de L’ Avenir” by the International Academy of Gastronomy.
Heirs to a saga linked to gastronomy
The Padrón brothers come from a family long dedicated to gastronomy and the pursuit of new flavours. It was their parents, Carlos Padrón and Ina León, who passed on both the knowledge and passion, as well as a way of working that has enabled them to achieve international recognition, culminating in the second Michelin star for this restaurant located at Royal Hideaway Corales Beach.

The space
Perched 40 metres above the ocean and thanks to its breathtaking sea views, El Rincón de Juan Carlos at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort is, without doubt, one of the most exceptional restaurants in the Canary Islands. Without losing a single trace of the intimate, family-run character that has always defined the restaurant, in 2021 it moved to its current location at Royal Hideaway Corales Beach. The comprehensive refurbishment, led by interior designer Mercè Borrell, was conceived to allow the Padrón brothers and their team to continue growing gastronomically.
The wine menu
María José and Raquel, sommeliers, lead both the dining room and the wine cellar. A carefully curated wine list and pairings designed to accompany the dishes of Juan Carlos and Jonathan, enhancing each other in perfect harmony. Outstanding local, national, and international gems, chosen to reflect both the character of the land where they are grown and the craft of those who produce them.

If you're unable to come, please cancel your reservation via email, by calling, or via the cancellation link provided through the system at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, €150 per guest will be charged to the credit card provided.
