Its buffet concept fuses local and international cuisine in a space decorated with nods to different culinary traditions, creating a dynamic and immersive atmosphere.

In the summer season, Brújula displays its most travelled side with a special selection of representative dishes of different countries, integrated into the hotel's thematic route. Diners can explore a map of flavours that includes sushi, kebabs, falafel, French pastries and a careful variety of cheeses, among other proposals that invite you to discover and enjoy.

Also designed for families, the restaurant features a children's corner where the little ones can create their own menus in a simple, fun way.
