We know that a wedding can raise many questions, but at Barceló Weddings we will be by your side every step of the way, to support you and ensure that everything goes perfectly
What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
The minimum recommended period for making a reservation ranges from 6 to 12 months, although requests with more than a year in advance are also accepted.
Availability will depend on the chosen hall and the number of guests, as well as the schedule established by the couple. In some cases, it is possible to make reservations up to 2 years in advance.
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
The hotel offers catering services with three-course menus, as well as special options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free diets.
A prior tasting is included for the couple, which can be held for a maximum of 6 people and must be scheduled up to 2 months before the wedding.
Do you have a team of wedding planners at the hotel?
The hotel has a specialised team for basic wedding advice, focused on the selection of food, drinks, setups, and the design of the complete set up (including event sketches). However, wedding planners are external professionals hired directly by the clients according to the theme and budget.
What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?
The hotel offers the following space options:
Outdoor gazebo: Ideal for ceremonies, with panoramic views of the pool and the city.
Covered Mezzanine Terrace: Perfect for medium-sized ceremonies.
Bristol Plus Hall: Main space for dinners and receptions, with capacity for 350 people at round tables.
Additionally, we have 10 smaller rooms with capacity for intimate ceremonies of up to 30 people.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The maximum capacity is 500 guests, depending on the space and setup. The Bristol Plus Room, our largest space, can accommodate up to 350 people in a round table format.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
The hotel does not offer photography or videography services. However, clients may hire their own suppliers.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Currently, the hotel does not offer babysitting or childcare services.
Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride or groom?
The wedding package includes three rooms, allowing the bride and groom to get ready independently in separate spaces.
