What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
Our suggestion is to start the booking process a year before the wedding. The confirmation of the number of guests must be made at least one month before the date of the ceremony
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
The couple can choose from a menu of Caribbean flavours, surprising Mexican flavours, or delicious meat and fish dishes. Discover the wonderful speciality restaurants where you can have a menu tasting

We have various spaces for your ceremony and reception, the wonderful Bávaro Beach, the Chapel, the Gazebo in front of the beach, the 24 multipurpose rooms of different sizes, or the extraordinary and unique garden of the Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort complex
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The hotel can accommodate up to 5,000 guests
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
The hotel has trusted suppliers who will take care of all the details in their sessions and different photographic spots that the hotel offers and will make you feel more comfortable at every moment.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Yes, we offer the service but it is not included in the wedding package.
Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride or groom?
Not included in the packages, the SPA has a bridal room, exclusive for the preparation of the bride and her entourage, with an additional cost of $100USD, for 4 hours.
