Facing the horizon and with a dream terrace, the Arrozante restaurant at the Barceló Costa Ballena Golf & Spa hotel welcomes diners in an incomparable setting, offering a gastronomic proposal based on signature rice dishes, where the flavour and quality of the raw materials are the real protagonists of the table. Arrozante is committed to a cuisine in touch with the land and traditional Spanish recipes, with rice dishes made from a star ingredient: bombita rice from the Albufera de Valencia. This rice is hand-grown in the Valencian Ribera Baja region, the cradle of paella and rice cultivation on the peninsula, inspiring the passion of the country's most famous chefs.
Arrozante is more than just a restaurant; it is a gastronomic concept with rice as a common thread, advised by Carlos Otaola, one of the best rice masters in our country. The star ingredient of their menu is bombita rice from the Albufera de Valencia, with which they make traditional Valencian paella or Iberian paella, as well as black or senyoret rice and brothy rice.
Arrozante also has an extensive menu of starters, featuring great classics of Spanish gastronomy, with seafood taking centre stage, as well as fideuás and various seafood varieties.
