Located on the coast of Cadiz, Barceló Costa Ballena Golf & Spa is much more than a hotel in a sun-and-beach destination. This refuge on the Costa de la Luz is also designed for those who want to take care of themselves both inside and out during their holidays. Its Wellness & Fitness centre offers an ideal space to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with body and mind, in a privileged setting facing the Atlantic Ocean.
Covering more than 1,200 m², our wellness centre combines a relaxed atmosphere with complete facilities: seven individual cabins for massages and beauty treatments, two double cabins for couples' experiences, and a water circuit designed to purify and tone the body. Those who prefer physical activity have access to a gym with a cardio area, multi-functional machines, weights, and Pilates equipment. Every detail here is designed to offer a personalised treatment and a haven of peace from which to come out completely renewed.

In our Wellness & Fitness centre, you can enjoy a thermal circuit designed to fully experience the relaxing and revitalising properties of water. Facilities include a dynamic pool and hot tub, Finnish sauna , Turkish bath, Roman bath, hot stone loungers, ice fountain, rain walk and sensation showers, offering a complete experience to stimulate the senses and renew body and mind.
In our therapy area, you can choose from a wide selection of personalised treatments, from facial and body aesthetics to relaxing and therapeutic massages from around the world. The space consists of 7 single cabins and 2 double cabins for couples' treatments.
With an area of 64m2, our gym stands out for its complete equipment, allowing you to train at your own pace with cardio and multi-functional machines, dumbbells, Pilates balls, and mats.
Guests can also follow our WeBalance digital wellness programme, which helps them find balance before, during and after the trip through a holistic plan with experiences that promote an active lifestyle. Available on the Barceló app.
