What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
Our suggestion is to start the process a year before the wedding. The confirmation of the number of guests must be made at least one month before the date of the ceremony.
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a wide variety of dining options ranging from traditional Mexican cuisine menus to international cuisine. Additionally, we organise tasting sessions so you can choose the perfect menu for your event.
Do they have a wedding planner team at the hotel?
Yes, we have the best and most experienced team, who will be with you every step of the way, from the initial planning to the wedding day, ensuring that everything goes perfectly.
What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?
We have various spaces for your ceremony and reception, the lush garden, the romantic Gazebo, and our elegant and functional halls, among others. Each space can be adapted to meet your expectations.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The hotel offers three options for your wedding: an intimate celebration for up to 50 guests, a medium wedding for 51 to 100 guests, and the option of a larger event for up to 250 guests.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, we offer photography and videography services. However, if you prefer to bring your own suppliers, you may do so by paying a vendor fee.
