    “charme et tranquilité hors saison”

    tres bonne prestation, deception concernant la piscine intérieure qui etait hors service - literie parfaite et le balcon aménagé du jaccusi tres grand et tres bien placé, trés belle vue . on regrette cependant qu il n'y ait pas de parking . peu de documentation touristique sur Palma et l'ile en général.

    “Séjour paradisiaque en amoureux”

    Nous nous sommes rendus dans cet hôtel la première semaine de Septembre et n'avons pas été déçu. Nous avions pris la chambre avec le jacuzzi sur le balcon, la vue était sublime. Le petit déjeuner inclus était copieux et bon Pour le déjeuner, la carte propose des plats frais et bons à prix raisonnables Nous n'avons jamais diné sur place L'hotel à un bar au rooftop pour le soir Il y a une piscine extérieure avec des gros bed très confortables mais il faut mettre le prix Le plus: la petite crique C'est idéal pour des vacances en couple mais c'est un peu cher

    “Excellent service mais chambres pas isolées ”

    Grâce au chaleureux accueil et professionnalisme du personnel, nous avons passé une belle semaine à l'hôtel. David et Belén nous ont donné une excellent service au bar, très professionnels et souriants. Jaime en la recepción était au top en tout moment et réactif, il parle plusieurs langues et ça c'est magnifique. Elen en cuisine/ salle petit déjeuner était très sympa et professionnelle, elle nous servait avec gentillesse et un bon sens d'accueil. Enfin, nous ne pouvons pas reprocher rien de leur service. Mais..... En parlant des chambres... Elles ne sont pas de tout isolées! C'est incroyable comme on entend TOUT, le voisin qui tousse, l'autre qui prend sa douche, les pas des clients de l'étage supérieur qui bouge dans leur chambre, les femmes des chambres que a 9h sont déjà attaques dans les étages, (on entendait même le chariot et les sacs plastiques comme si c'était dans notre chambre) si je sortais de la chambre pour par exemple prendre l'ascenseur, je pouvais suivre TOUTES les conversations, même des couples en train de "s'amuser" et si ça n'est pas déjà suffisant, à côté de l'hôtel il y a des travaux donc si vous pensez vous réveiller tard ou un peu plus tard... Séjourné ailleurs. Pour finir, la dernière nuit il a avait du vent et la porte de la terrasse a claqué toute la nuit, et bien sûr, à 7am en commence à entendre les autres clients qui se réveillent. enfin, service au top mais a niveau des chambres (à la base c'est pour ça qu'on séjourne dans un hôtel) c'est vraiment moyen. Par contre on a eu une très jolie vue à la mer. Mr Directeur, en la place de commenter mon commentaire en faisant copier-coller des anciens réponses et en donnant des excuses bidons et pas sincères , je vous invite à séjourner dans votre hôtel pour une semaine, c'est évident que manque votre présence au delà de juste voir les chiffres...... La satisfacción de vos clients c'est plus important.

For future occasions, as a solution, I would like to inform you that we can make a change of location of room always depending on availability and room’s category that you book for your stay with us. We refurbishment all the hotel facilities in 2010 with the objective to offer the best and modern facilities and rooms to our customers. Recently we start an action plan due to the reviews of our guest to improve our guest room’s facilities. We will take this opportunity to review the soundproofing system of the rooms and corridors. Regards your comment about the external noise near the hotel, I would like to inform you that this is an urgent external construction to improve the community water service. It is situated near the hotel and we allocated to our guest in the best possible rooms away from the noise for your comfort and relax. At the same time, we inform to the guest of the situation and we explain the work time of the constructers. All the management team is available to attend all our guest concerns regards this situation and achieve a solution together to every single case. I would take this opportunity to inform to our guest that, the local council is on the process to complete this water pipes installation and from this last week we don’t have any heavy machinery working close to our facilities. We are a proactive team and we put passion in our jobs. This is the main reasons why for all the management team is compulsory to sleep in the property for a couple of weeks, with the purpose to fell the guest experience in first hand, know our guest needs and achieve the success in our service. We also appreciate your kind words for our staff, their kindness and helpfulness being undoubtedly one of our hotel's main assets we will definitely congratulate David, Belén, Elen and Jaime on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst staying among us.     “Des vacances en fin de saison”

    Très bel hôtel et surtout belle chambre spacieuse et bien décorée avec vue sur la mer. Malheureusement des travaux étaient effectués à côté de l'hôtel. Prenez seulement le petit déjeuner et profitez de manger le soir à l'extérieur car le buffet n'est pas des plus intéressant.
