    “no accountabilty”

    If you book a Premium Level Suite you don't get what you paid for. The mattress on sofa bed didn't have anything (no blankets,sheets,cover) and it was broken. I called the first night and was told they were going to bring a new bed. However, we waited all night and we had to sleep on the floor. since nobody came to our room. We called in the morning and finally in the afternoon they put in a twin bed. Also, we let them know that the living room didn't have any TV ( as stated in the room description- 2 x 42" LCD TV). Therefore, the kids had to be in our bedroom in order to watch TV. We were told they were going to inform management but we never received a call back or an explanation. In addition , since we booked a Premium Level Suite. we were entitled to receive the following: welcome gift A gift voucher worth 5% to spend during your stay Discounts of up to 10% off your next bookings Yet, we never received none of the above. I do have to Thank Anny Ventura from Public Relations. Prior to our arrival she booked all of our reservations at the restaurants , answered every questions we had and need everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Japanese and Dominican restaurants are excellent. Great staff throughout the resort.

    “Good price-quality relation”

    Overall i had a good time there. Great highlights like the pool area, most of the staff, and the restaurants Marenostrum and Tokyo. A few things could improve, like the variety and quality of the drinks and liquors. But definitively i would reccomend this hotel if you want to relax, with great beach, pool area, and good food.

    “Not very good, but for the cost, it was ok, would not return because...”

    First off, I am thankful that this visit was a gift to us after a rough year for our family due to a year-long illness. We came to rest. But, we would not come here again. Our check in took a very long time, nothing was communicated to us about the resort. Our first room was too noisy with loud music outside till 11pm. Next room had a broken ac. Next room, broken lock. Next room had a broken tv, broken shower (low cold water pressure and the metal bar and shower head actually fell on top of me when showering) The food was lacking. In the buffet restaurant where most people eat dinner and lunch, it was hard to find a table. Lots of messy tables and no one getting us water or a drink. The buffet choices were very picked over and did not taste good. All of the desserts were really bad. The ice cream, worst we have ever had. The pools were nice. The beach is beautiful and there were plenty of chairs under the palm trees to sit in the shade but if you do not reapply sunscreen mid-day 50 - you WILL BURN. Sunscreen here at the hotel is $30. The hotel includes free activities so we went on a sail on a catamaran and had a lovely time. The show was dirty and not appropriate for anyone under 18- it left a lot to be desired. We left after 30 min. for Netflix. I am gluten-free and dairy-free but no gf df choices. No df milk for coffee even. If u r gluten-free or dairy-free do not come here. We tried to stay positive, but it was rough. You get what u pay 4.

On a next occasion please let us know so that our chef will cook gluten-free food as we have the ingredients for this if the guest requests it We do apologize for the technical problems you encountered in your room there are absolutely no excuses for details to be overlooked as all rooms should be thoroughly checked on a daily basis.     “No good”

    Rooms was dirty and old I will not recommend this resort. Also was no stuff serving drinks or Walter on the beach or around the pools.Food very poor quality and minimum choice. Entertainment very poor . Only 2 people around
