    “A great hotel”

    We satyed here for a week and really enjoyed all aspects of the hotel on an inclusive board. The satff were friendly and helpfull . Food was always hot and well presented and variouse dishes on offer. ,the hotel was very busy but no problems were encounted.The evening shows were a good standard. i would recommend this hotel

    “Amazing holiday!”

    It was mine and my boyfriend's first holiday together. (Just finished A Levels!) We had the most amazing time, and were dreading leaving the whole time! We went on excursions such as mount teide which was just incredible and we had a fabulous tour guide too. We also went to Siam park, which is a must for everyone! We did a big night out in playa de las Americas which cost us about €6 each on the bus! Think we had a whole night out for €12! The entertainment at the hotel was amazing. We even went for drinks with the team after their show! They work incredibly hard throughout the entire day by the pool, and then on the stage in the evening. This hotel was perfect for us and we would absolutely recommend it, particularly for families!!

    “7 day stay ”

    We came with recommendations from friends. Fairly standard accommodation looking a bit tired and well worn, cracks in walls. Toilet roof panelling fell down and we had to click it back into place. Grouting a bit shabby. Not taking away the cleaning standard by the maid excellent. We requested a double bed be warned you get 2 singles pushed together. Food was good no complaints, we sampled breakfast and dinner both buffet type lots to choose from.

    “Disappointing ”

    At the hotel now. Bathroom falling apart, phone not working and very basic. We booked a double bed and are in single beds and my daughter is on a sofa bed. Not what we booked or so we thought. Be aware that this town is away from the central hub and takes a good hour and a half to Los Cristianos. Very disappointing overall...have bought half board but eaten out for three nights so far. Not Uk 4 star....perhaps a 3 star?

    “Lovely hotel in wonderful location with beautiful views, let down by disorganisation of basic services!”

    This hotel is a fabulous location, right on the sea with spectacular views. The cleanliness and standard of the rooms and surrounding areas in our experience was great. Food is generally tasty and prvoided us with a choice every day. The entertainment team also work really hard to put on excellent entertainment every night which we also appreciated. The customer service we received, particularly on reception, was less than acceptable as we were told on arrival that our reservation wasn't found on the hotel system with no apologies or urgency to resurrect this issue from the staff. On more than one occasion when trying to fix this problem we found the staff abrupt and dismissive. The hotel were also reluctant to alleviate our grievances and were not helpful with our requests. Having said this, staff that we came across in the eatery and bar areas were very accommodating and polite but the hotel should be aware that first impressions go a long way.
