    “Not a very good hotel”

    Spent one night at this hotel and it was my most disappointing night spent at a hotel during my 15 nights in Spain, Morocco and Portugal. The service was not very good from the Front Desk to the room and the buffet breakfast. There was no phone directory and had problem calling the front desk. Had to go down to the Front Desk to ask why they did not have a Phone Directory, and all I got was a shrug from the Clerk. I had issues with lowering the temperature in the room, as well as the shower, which was broken. Management needs to take a look at how they run this operation, because if they continue to provide this type of service they will not be around for very long.

    “wonderful respite for weary travelers.”

    very nice clean hotel with one of the better breakfasts we've had during our stay in Spain. The hotel is contemporary and modern the pool and hottub were right out on our floor and looked inviting but we didn't use it. The room is typical hotel room , clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable with plenty of pillows.. AC worked well bathroom had everything we needed.... hotel staff were cordial.

    “Real 4*”

    Very good hotel. Real 4* ! All services are according to the hotel rating. Staff is good, very helpful. I recommend to choose upgraded rooms(with mini bar bonus). A little bit bustling street, but it`s not a hotel problem.

    “Modern and Clean”

    We booked this hotel for two nights and was pleased how modern and clean the hotel was. The rooftop pool has amazing view of the mountain and the city. The parking was 15 euro per day so we parked our car on the streets in the area with no problem.The front desk staff were somewhat friendly. The older gentleman didn’t speak much English but there was a younger lady who did speak English and was much friendlier and went out of her way to make sure our inquiries and needs were met. The location is about 20-30min walk to the centre of Granada central but the town is safe so the walk was very pleasant for us. Overall a positive experience for the money you pay for.

    “3-star hotel~”

    This is quite a new hotel and you can sense that many things looked very new. Our tour group came by here for one night and our room was 202. The lobby was quite small as compared to other hotel we had stayed earlier on. Upon checking in, we were told to submit our passports to the staff for "recording" purpose (though it was returned to us later on). Our room was cosy and nice, despite being much smaller than others we have stayed earlier. Although the hotel was located along a stretch of road with buildings around, it was not noisy at all. There was no kettle, bottles of drinking water offered, not to mention coffee or tea and toilet was also much smaller and had no bathtub. Wifi was unstable as it got on-and-off connections. Aircon not cold and we had to open the windows with more cooling air outside. We had our buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel and that was quite a disappointment. Very limited spread and some food were either too salty or too bland. And some of the food items were "repeated" in the breakfast spread (apparently leftovers from the dinner the night before). Some of the fruits on offer were quite in bad condition. There were the same views as expressed by my other fellow groupmates too. In addition, servers were indifferent and the same staff who worked in the dinner and breakfast sessions. And as rightly pointed out by the earlier reviewer, we could not sit as we pleased (though we were early and the cafe was barely occupied) and had to sit at "designated" place. Also during our dinning session, a female server accidentally broke some glasses while busy talking to her male bald-head colleague but it took her quite a long while to return to sweep the shattered glass pieces and luckily there were only few diners then (mostly our tour mates) but if more diners were seated there, it could pose a danger, especially for kids). From the hotel, a short walk will lead you to a small neighbourhood church and town, with convenience, food stores around. Despite of being new and with more shortcomings, it should deserve a 3-star rating rightfully.

I would like to apologize if the service offered at some point was not what you were expecting. We work hard to make guests feel confortable not only in their rooms but also in the restaurant and bar. I will make sure with the team to do an extra effort in this aspect which I beliee is the most important one. We are also taking a closer look to the food offer for dinner and breakfast although we are having great reviews.We can always improve.
