    “First try shame on you ..Second chance shame on Barcelo Hotel Group ...”

    Barcelo Hotel Group really needs to get there Brand together.. and decide if they want return Guests to there Brand of properties or just one time Guests to take there Money that will never Return again because of condition of the Hotel ..also the Hotel is Dark and very Hot... The rooms are Air Conditioned but the hallways and lobby are very Hot....There is no pool or special club level at this hotel.the Hotel Glass and mirrors we're pretty dirty as well as the dim lite hallways !! They needed to be vacuumed !! In my second room the toilet flooded the room with sewage and they changed my room for the second time .. Horrible Barcelo Experience !!

    “Vacation”

    The staff at this particular hotel is welcoming and friendly. From the moment I walked in the lobby, I was greeted and treated well. I wish the view of the city was a bit better (stayed on the 8th floor), but since I didn’t spend too much time in the room, it wasn’t too big of an issue.

    “Vacation ”

    The Hotel is very clean, economic and provides great customer service. I was amazed by how nice the rooms are. Location is great to travel thru Panama city and come back. Will definitely recommended to my friends and family

    “2018 Thanksgiving Break”

    Hotel is very clean and reasonable. If they can improve the service, this will be a great hotel since it is in the center of Panama city close to many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent - make sure to book breakfast in advance. Otherwise, you will be paying a lot more when you go there.

    “Excellent courtesy”

    Excellent service, breakfast outdysnf, good customer service. Rooms need draws for clothing bathroom should have2 outlets for light and vent. As a whole great stay! Will recommend to friends and family for the carnivals.
