Before going back home, remember that some destinations require a COVID test certificate. Therefore, in collaboration with the laboratories, we can offer you the possibility of getting a COVID test at our hotels.

Your COVID test in the hotel

Request your COVID test at the hotel reception before 11 a.m. Depending on the collaborating centre, you will either be provided with a test kit or the health professionals will visit your hotel.

Receive your certificate

Once you have completed the test, you will receive an email or SMS within 24 hours with the results and valid certificate so you can return home without restrictions. You will need to download it to present during your trip.

If your booking has been affected by COVID-19, and subject to prior justification, Barceló Hotel Group has made changes fully flexible, offering 100% flexibility to postpone your booking up to 24 hours before your arrival for individual bookings with check-in dates until 31 December 2021. You will have the option to change the date of your booking so that, when this has all passed, you can enjoy your stay within 12 months from check-in date and, of course, still benefit from the best price guaranteed.

The health authorities determine the use of masks at all times. Currently, the general recommendations in Spain establish that masks are compulsory for people over the age of 6 in outdoor areas and public use areas.

 

It is also mandatory to use a mask on public, air, sea and rail transport, as well as in a private vehicle, if occupants are not of the same household.

 

The following general exceptions are established: people with disabilities or respiratory diseases, as well as practicing sports or consuming food and beverages.

 

These measures and exceptions may vary depending on the region. We recommend that you check the situation in each region before your trip and always carry a mask with you so that you can use it if necessary during your stay.
