    The nicest room I've stayed in including European luxury hotels. Very bright, well laid out and very smart with the open option bathroom. I will always return to the Embajador hotel with my family or on business.

    “Great place to stay for business visit”

    its a very nice, comfortable and silent place. The staff is very nice and will do everything to help you. Let it be Monserac the travel desk lady to arrange the trip or chef to arrange a vegetarian diet. It is undergoing renovation but nothing to worry. Only the shower was not too hot and slow. Awesome

    “This is an excellent hotel for doing business or visiting the city.”

    Recently remodelled. Very nice, comfortable rooms. Good security. Great service. Everything is just spot on. I had to stay a week for business and it was a perfect place to work and hold meetings. Wifi is very good throughout the hotel. No problems remote working here. My only complaint is that it would be nice to be able to dim the room lights. The reading lights at the headboard are the only middle ground between full on brightness and total dark.

    “Good hotel, average service.”

    This is a very good property but needs some more attention in customer service. Upon my arrival, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to checkin as there was only one person at the front desk. Faced the same problem at checkout. Rooms are newly done and really nice. There are couple of restaurants inside the hotel. Food is ok. Nothing great about it. The service in restaurants is below average. I think that there is lack of training of the staff. They do not bother to welcome you or open the door for you. This holds true especially for the restaurant by the pool side. I really loved the lobby area as the ambience is really very good. However, the coffee shop in the lobby has a very slow service. Staff is inattentive. Had to remind them again and again for the order and even for the bill. The swimming pool is very good and a good place for relaxation. The SPA too is good. They have massage as well as salon in there. The hotel is centrally located and there are few good dinning options just outside the hotel.

    “This is an excellent hotel for doing business or visiting the city.”


    Recently remodelled. Very nice, comfortable rooms. Good security. Great service. Everything is just spot on. I had to stay a week for business and it was a perfect place to work and hold meetings. Wifi is very good throughout the hotel. No problems remote working here. My only complaint is that it would be nice to be able to dim the room lights. The reading lights at the headboard are the only middle ground between full on brightness and total dark.

    “Good hotel, average service.”
