    “Beautiful facilities, great service”

    Went to El Embajador for a family wedding an had a great time. The hotel has been recently renovated, so the rooms are gorgeous! We stayed in a junior suite with a king bed: great sheets, nice bedding, had a bathtub, separate shower, big TV, a nice mini living/dining room and ocean view. Lots of wood and metal. For an extra $10 per person, we upgraded to get breakfast and also a snack at the 5th floor dining room. The wedding was held at the Garden Tent facilities and it was dreamy! The food was awesome. In the same street, there are several restaurants at walking distance, so you can sample local seafood, Spanish, Argentinian, Italian cuisines among others.

    “Very friendly staff and Super clean facilities.”

    I was at the hotel for the meeting. The conditions of the hotel are impeccable. The staff and services at the conference room were outstanding. It’s an oasis within the city. A little far from historical center, but highly recommend.

    “Pleased Business Traveller”

    I'd recommend this hotel for any traveler, but especially for the business traveler looking for a great location to host a meeting or conference in Santo Domingo. Great rooms and excellent customer service! I'll take this time to mention the efficient Events team: Victor, Chunchun and Wendy; the exceptional wait staff: Jean Carlos, Stephenson and Jose-David, who are #DeservingOfARaise and not to forget the courteous and accommodating ladies in the business center. Like any hotel in the world, there are a few wrinkles in the otherwise well-ironed operations at El Embajador, but overall, they are great and gives you value for your money!

    “Just the Rooms!”

    Supposedly this is a metro, luxury hotel represented by the price. The rooms are phenomenal with beautiful, modern design. Impressive. Unfortunately, that's it. Room service quality and options, horrible. Restaurant quality, horrible. Customer Service, horrible. Stay in your room and go somewhere else for everything else.

    Once again I had the opportunity to stay at El Embajador, always a pleasure and this time for a very good reason ... the complete renovation of a classic. After moving to the Barceló group, El Embajador Royal Hideaway has undergone a transformation that exceeds in cost what other companies would have destined for the complete construction of a new hotel I have always thought that El Embajador is the hotel with the best location in Santo Domingo, in a residential neighborhood with all the parking facilities,, convention halls, weddings, seminars, etc. After the renovation of its rooms, this property has gone to the first line of the hotels of Santo Domingo and the World The rooms are up to par and perhaps above the new companies that have recently landed in Santo Domingo, modern, made with noble materials, latest generation design, comfortable and good taste Beds, sheets, towels, first-class amenities and quality, along with separation of products by plants De Luxe Rooms, Junior Suites, Suites, Governor's and Presidential, offer possibilities to all budgets depending on the taste one wants to give New rooms, spaces, preserving the glamor of El Embajador and the excellent service that characterizes it Honestly I was surprised by the wonderful work done in the last two years that have catapulted El Embajador to the top positions of the hotel industry in the Dominican Republic and the world Congratulations for a job well done
