SPRUNCH: THE PERFECT MATCH OF A SPA ON MALLORCA WITH A BRUNCH

Anti-stress massages and treatments combined with the best gastronomy is now a reality thanks to this new concept: sprunch, a brunch you can enjoy in a bikini or swimming trunks. Hotels such as the Barceló Illetas Albatros have brought in this new trend, which consists of enjoying a full brunch followed by a visit to its U-Wellness spa center.

Sprunch enables users to enjoy a combined pack of spa on Mallorca and brunch during weekends from April to June and from September to November. For 30 euros per person, the guests staying at the Barceló Illetas Albatros Hotel can enjoy the U-Wellness thermal circuit followed by a Sprunch menu that has been specially designed for even the most demanding palates, served at the Blue Restaurant, which looks over the Mediterranean.

Paired with water and Freixenet Ice cava, the menu consists of nine starters, including dishes such as tuna ceviche with lemon caviar or fried Mahón cheese with rose marmalade, among others. As main dishes, diners can choose between hake served with stewed pig's trotters or a beef sirloin steak with foie. This relaxing menu is rounded off with warm pear puff pastry, the ideal dessert for adding the finishing touch to a relaxing day looking out over the Mediterranean..
