    “lovely hotel but double booked our room ”

    We arrived 22nd March and started to check in, filled out the forms and then we were told our room was not available until Saturday night and we were staying in another hotel room about a 5 minutes taxi ride away which we will have our money refunded. There was also another lady with us that had the same problem! So we all went off to the other hotel together for the night. It was a lovely hotel we were sent to! I got in touch with TUI and they were completely unaware of us being moved. We all found it quite distressing and upset that this could happen and hardly slept Friday night after a long journey. I hope if it does happen again that they could have better communication. We eventually arrived at the hotel on the Saturday at midday! We got upgraded to the gold all inclusive which they didn’t have to do and compensated some money. We have got a lovely room that looks over the sea, the food is good, the only problem is the restaurant I personally think is too small for the hotel as it is very busy and struggling with capacity. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, great entertainment team which try to include encourage everyone to join in! I would come back to this hotel despite the beginning of the holiday! I just hope this doesn’t happen again to anybody else!

    “bad for those who like sleep or have dietary requirements”

    barely any veggie options at hotel and none of the food was labeled as vegetarian or not so still a lot of doubt as to whether there is hidden meat in the food. loud shows that go on past midnight every night. not warned of this before hand and the rooms are not sound proofed at all. the wifi barley worked, would load a page but any further use would cause it to cut out completely. only redeeming factor was the pool. also liked the proximity to the beach and the black sand ice cream shop but would never stay here again

    “lots of issues”

    ive just returned after a week in allegro isora hotel , I booked a sea view super room the room was nice , but was looking at a brick wall , and on a main road, which they didn't mention I asked to be moved they said come back to-morrow ,I went back the next day they said no rooms available , and come back to-morrow, never got moved , they said my meal times was between 6,30 and 7,30 I said I wanted a later time , same thing again come back to-morrow ,went back they said couldn't change it , eventually after getting in touch with the manager I got it changed ,just a complete farce the restaurant is like herds of cattle walking about very noisy, the food is not very good , everyday was the same food and most times had to wait for food ,salad not very fresh was allways dry and your kept waiting for food to be fetched out, steak is like rubber ,and the salad counter is not coverd over flies landing on it, had some barbecue chicken outside even that was under cooked ,food cold the saff in the kitchen was doing there best, but really they cant cope with the amount of people ,as for the beds in the rooms they are very hard 2 days had to get a shower in slightly warm water , nd no hand rails to hold to get out of the shower and no slip mat in the shower, and no phone in rooms in case you had a fall getting out the shower the reception staff are not very happy friendly people, overall this is not a 4 star hotel ,the animation staff do there best , but the entertainment is poor ,I suggest think again about this hotel not worth he money , will not be going back.

    “Quick getaway”

    Just wanted a quick get away to the sun Hotel selected as somewhere different I had not been to in Tenerife and hotel was nice, staff very friendly, all areas kept very clean Room spacious and clean, and loved having balcony in the sun in the evening. Evening food limited choices

    “Disappointing Rate 2 star plus ”

    Stayed here February we booked a holiday as both needed a break we arrived hotel which is on steep incline no good for people who have mobility issues ( knee Problems ) so stayed in hotel apart from one day as it’s incline to bus stop or a taxi down to beach or shops not a good start . The staff worked very hard but there was lack of staff in dining room just couldn’t cope with amount of people food was always running out the only time we got anything hot was if waited for omelette , fish , pork or chicken long queues we even went down at 7.45 in morning no spare tables dirty plates and cups on them , tried later in morning and one occasion there were 30 plus people waiting for breakfast outside door Hang on to your cups or glasses as it was difficult to find any spare ones, Food was repetitive .Hotel is quirky but strange decor , hard uncomfortable chairs in dining area and entertainment areas . Outside there are plenty of comfortable sun beds didn’t have a problem with getting one there are 3 pools the one near spa warm , other too freezing . We had a large room probably all same size , bedroom very small in fact inside wardrobe the drawers we could only partly open 2 and bottom 2 a few inches so hitting wall lamp , dogs barking every night from 2am we were room D307 wish I had said something to reception and rep whilst there would only rate this as 2 star plus many of these issues have been raised before over last few months but still seems the same , So we wont be returning . Please note a man who we got friendly with collapsed with his back and we were told There was no wheelchair in hotel so took 4 of us to get him back up slope as he was going home within 15 minutes to get the coach
