    “Stay far far away”

    Took 30 minutes to check in. The entrance looks like a cotton candy factory. The rooms look tired and could use some renovation work. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor. At least, the alcohol is free :). We asked for towels (we are a couple) as the cleaning lady didn’t leave us any at all and it took 48 hours to get one towel delivered to the room - after asking 3 separate times! The room smelled like sewage occasionally and you can hear the neighbours as if they are literally in the same room as you. The food was very repetitive with not much variety. The WiFi was awful and didn’t work. The tiles around the entire hotel were cracked and you could easily stub your toe and get injured. One night during one of our dinners, the air conditioner above us started dripping water onto our food... I hope we don’t get legionnaires disease lol. We booked a courtesy room on the day of check out but of course we couldn’t utilise it cause check in for the new guests took ages again so we had to change in the middle of lobby. Poor organisation. Would not stay here again. 100% NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL AT ALL.

    “A good place to stop, and relax”

    When I arrived on day 1, overtired from my travels I wasn'tssure I had made a good choice of hotel, but I needn't have worried. I woke on day 2 to sunshine and friendly faces all over the hotel. The staff were lovely and happy to help. The food was basic, but with freshly cooked fish and meat at every meal there was always something to enjoy. The hotel was clean as, were the rooms. I stayed all inclusive, but needed to buy water for my room as it wasn't permitted to fill bottles, or take them from the restaurant. I would like to add that I have food allergies, and the staff were knowledgeable about what was being served, and stocked a number of alternative milks etc to make my stay easier and less stressful. I think the hotel were possibly the best I have ever been to for understanding of food intolerance.

    “Great two day stay here”

    Easy to park our hire car. Reception staff friendly. Nice room. Delicious food - so much choice although it takes a while to find it all! Really enjoyed our couple of days here. It didn’t cost a fortune but was very nice. We walked into Los Gigantes which took us an hour but we could have caught the bus. Buses run frequently. We did a lovely boat trip with the Masca Express.

    “Mixed Review For Solo Travel”

    Some aspects of this hotel were fantastic: the spacious room, level of care of the cleaning service team, several pools with plentiful sun beds, and a good gym. Reasonably priced. Perfectly located for nearby bars/restaurants/beach/shop etc. There was constantly music playing quite loudly outside, and evening entertainment could be heard until quite late - but it was never too noisy or disruptive. Obviously for those wishing to attend the entertainment this would be no problem. The main pool remained shut for the week with no clear reason as to why... there were other pools available which were fairly cold, but clean and accessible. However, as a whole, it felt an unwelcoming stay on my own... with very little friendliness or politeness from staff (with the exception of members of the cleaning team). As a person travelling alone, I was made to feel unwelcome with a minimal and blunt greeting on initial arrival - issued a map and the room cards with not so much as a smile. The restaurant was excessively busy and noisy and felt much like a school canteen with (in my opinion) poor and greasy food choices. With only an hour fixed time slot in which to attend dinner (6.30-7.30pm) it felt incredibly early given the sunset wasn’t until 6.45ish. I decided to eat out instead most evenings. The moving of metal trolleys at 6.30am made sleeping in past that time virtually impossible from my room. WiFi connection was very poor. A mixed review.. I think this hotel is probably brilliant for family stays, but falls short for me as a solo visit. That being said - as a sunny and warm escape from the British winter.. Tenerife does the job!

    “Férias de Outono”

    As piscinas são fantásticas, o Staff muito simpático. A comida ótima e variada. O pequeno almoço muito bom. O wi-fi não funciona quase nunca e o duche tinha um problema estrutural que fazia com que a agua saísse para fora do mesmo e inundasse a casa de banho. Foi bastante constrangedor.
