    “Good long stay”

    All in all, the hotel is nice and its location is very good. I will list the pros and cons Pros: very good location, new building, new furniture and appliances, fast maintenance in case needed, responsive housekeeping, fast elevators, bed is comfortable, staff are very helpful and respectful. Cons: housekeeping is not good, towels are not clean and low quality, cold water is so hot in summer so you need to keep the water heater off and use the water heater tank as cold water, some residents are so noisy and mostly during weekends, gym is small, pool is small, tv has no channels variety.

    “6 nights Stay”

    Great self catering accommodation very close to the Marina and JBR. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with amazing views of the Marina. The rooms are very spacious and should you need assistance the hotel reception team responds immediately.

    “short visit to Dubai”

    Excellent solution for a quick touch and go - superb staff, excellent breakfast and service. Rooms are wide and with very forniture. Strongly suggested. Onlu drowback but minor bathroms are a bit tiny.

    “A long stay with "Spanish" management in Dubai”

    A very good experience with Barcelo Residence Team and structure. I suggest the Hotel to everybody is looking for an hotel apartment formula for a long stay. Recently the price have been increased to be competitive with other same hotel apartment structure in the neighboroud.

    “Horrible experience”

    Avoid the sales department!!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! They have double prices in comparison with real estate agents!!!! I was living there since February 2019! When i found out that i can pay half i went to talk to general manager Osama! All he did was to forbid the real estate agents to sign a contract with me!!!!!! Andrea from the sales department promised 2 months of discount until i double checked and obviously she was lying! She has no opinions, no solutions, no explanations: ‘is out of my hands’ is her only explanation! Do not trust them at all!!!! At all!!!! Now, before moving out from that place i needed few nights extra! Osama, the GM didn’t allowed the guys from the reception to tell me the rates! I asked him personally he didn’t answered! I contacted him for every problem i faced like: - no towels, i was waiting 4 days for new towels as the cleaners removed without replacing them... after 4 days i got 1 towel for 2 people!!!!!! - no water in the gym to drink; - water leaked from the walls - no internet and i am working from home most of the time; - at the pool people listening their own music, talking laud not decent conversations! I exposed him all these problems and no answer! Actually he could improve his manners as well cuz he doesn’t say even ‘Hi’! SAFETY : everybody can access the basement parking, you just have to honk and the barrier is open! So everyone have access to the rooms without identifying themselves in the reception! I still don’t get the point of the barrier ! But who cares about safety when they can focus on money, right ? Taking money offering nothing! So guys, if you have a choice, think twice before!!! It’s a nice building and good area but please trust me you will face problems!!!
