    “It's ok”

    My husband & I stayed here for the half term holidays & it was our first visit to Lanzarote. The animation team tried hard to include people to join in & were good fun. The bar/reception/restaurant & pool bar staff were polite & obliging. Our room was of good size but looked bit tired & our shower needed re-grouting. They do need to look at the food though. There was usually something to eat, I often had salad but opted not to eat the meat as I found it too tough to eat & not enjoyable. We ate out a number of times, which was disappointing as we'd paid for 'All Inclusive'. It was a let down that the heated pool wasn't up & running & I do understand maintenance needs to be done. I do however feel disgruntled that we weren't offered the option of using the sister hotel as I have read in other reviews. I enjoy a swim each day & our pool was far too cold for me to enjoy. The grounds were well maintained & kept clean. I would stay here again but it does need improving in some areas as mentioned.

    “Half Term getaway”

    I can see why people come back here each year. It is a very easy holiday. The biggest decision of the day is what to have to eat and where! Hotel restaurant or pool bar! You can eat anything all day long if you wanted (just about). I did object to chips being available at breakfast, as well as lager! However, it is very possible to eat healthily for each meal, though I would say that some meals lacked flavour. The pool was freezing (the other pool was out of action), but after a while it was really very refreshing. All the staff are great, from the bar to the restaurant. The Reception and Animation (Entertainment) Team are excellent. The Evening Entertainment were a bit hit and miss - you can miss it because it was difficult to get a seat in the bar to see them or they were a bit lame. Overall it was an enjoyable stay which grew on me the longer we were there. It ticked the boxes for a half term, disengage brain, fly and flop holiday. Top Tip: If you are staying at this hotel: Take a taxi, and don't book a pick up, this hotel is maximum 20 minutes from the airport. You will spend at least an hour waiting for everyone else to get on the bus or be the first pick up to the airport and have to drive around all the hotels in Teguise before going to the airport with more than 2 hours to spare. This is particularly relevant if you have checked into your flight before leaving the hotel.

    Our stay in this hotel was very nice. We are very satisfied of accomodation conditions included food,animations and staff members in reception and animations staff. Room was very comfortable and cleaned every day with beaufifull view from our terrace.

    “STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!”

    Too much to list. So many other nice hotels to choose from so don't waste your money on this one. Very poor quality rooms and facilities. Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Noisy and dirty renovation work going on which we weren't told about in advance. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

    “working class review early february”

    We stayed at this hotel early February and over all found it to be a nice hotel , The good bits was the rooms are spacious and the bed very comfy also there was a few english TV chanels if you fancy watching a bit of tv , There were plenty of sun beds and the hotel was kept very clean and tidy ,The not so good bits was the food had no wow factor like in other hotels we have stayed it was a bit same old same old / don't get me wrong you won't starve there is plenty to choose from just nothing that stands out / i would say its one of the best breakfast selections i have seen ( if your from england ) but lunch and evening meals were average , There is wine on tap but always seemed to have run out so you had to keep on trying to get the attention of one of the staff for a top up , not ideal ,The hotel staff were very nice and very helpfull and always working hard as were the staff at reception , There was some work going on at the time we were there which was not ideal when your on your hols , the the staff at the hotel and the Thomson rep tried to deal with this as best they could in a professional manner , I think every one knows maintainence has to be carried out ,it was the fact that no one had been informed prior to the work starting that got peoples backs up .All in all it is a nice hotel I've stayed in worse and I've stayed in better any one can pick fault and find things to moan about no matter what hotel you stay at , so fill your boots and enjoy your holiday THE HOTEL IS FINE
