    “a surprise week away”

    the hotel itself was nice but the room we were in needed a bit of a makeover, it was a good size with a pool and sea view but could do with a bit more storage space the sliding door leading into the bathroom was very noisy, seemed like it was a problem with the rooms around us too as you could hear them during the day/night. the selection of food available was very good especially breakfast. we were made to feel like outcasts because we didn't book all inclusive so didn't have wrist bands and felt the staff ignored us because of this especially the entertainment staff.

    “First trip to Lanzarote”

    The hotel was lovely marble in the foyer and the Bar . Food was average however most was catered either fast food or local which is nice but tiring by the end of the week. Rooms were lovely ours faced the tennis courts but unfortunately the horizon was a power station LOL. Bar sevice was good and pool area was nice even though the sunbeds were regimentally laid out, we did move ours. All in all it was a lovely relaxing break in good suroundings.

    “Good value ”

    Room and balcony good size Only 15 mins from the airport 2 huge pools Courtesy bus into the town Food is good.... Not fantastic! Drinks are all local brands. Definitely good value for money. The downsides are having to pay deposits and daily fees for safe, pool towels, iron etc The hotel is in need of TLC

    “3 Day Stay Short Stay”

    Brill Hotel Didnt Know What To Expect But When We Arived The Staff Was Very Helpful Coundnt Check In Untill 3 pm But They Have A Room For Cases And A Free Bus To The Beach FAB ! Got Back To Hotel And Was Offered UpGrafe To Fully Inclusive Well Recomended 20 Euros Each Rooms Was Excellent 5 Stars All Day Pool Was Great And Pool Staff Brill Dinning Food Was Realy Good AndThen Again Staff Was Brill Me And Mrs P Had A Fun Fab Time
