    “Super relaxfull”

    This is our third visit here and the hotel is just as relaxful and clean. The personel is always friendly and helpful. The wifi is only available in the hotel lobby so if you require wifi in your room be sure to upgrade to the premium suites. The only thing that stood out was the buffet, in the past I looked forward to the variety of dishes but overall the flavors. Unfortunetly this time around it was very basic and the flavors did not stand out.

    “Excellent all inclusive family oriented resort with great food and entertainment”

    We really liked this resort. I strongly recommend to get the premium package which we had since you get an amazing room on the higher floor with a great view from the balcony. The food was great in all restaurants and we really enjoyed the nightly entertainment for kids and the whole family.

    “Mixed Feelings”

    Spent a week at this beautiful property with my husband and feel conflicted about giving only a three star rating. First the good: 1.Beautiful room (maybe the nicest we have ever had) with a peek a boo view of the ocean, enormous bathroom with big bath and separate shower stall, and two sinks, lovely large balcony.. 2.Staff were all very nice and professional - particularly the dining room and restaurant staff, and the food at the buffet was of consistent good quality. 3. The pools were lovely and with varying ambiance 4. The property was a walkable distance to shopping areas. 5. The evening entertainment was great - particularly the dancers. I don't usually watch the shows at resorts, but they were very good at this resort. 6. Not sure if it was the tour company or the resort, but reservations were made for us at the a la carte restaurants. You could change them if you liked but I thought this was a GREAT idea as I have never liked getting up early to make reservations as is the practice at so many other resorts. Now the bad: 1.It was a busy week at the resort, and though we were told specifically that you could not lay towels out to reserve seats at the pool and beach, if you didn't, you had NO chance of finding a spot with a little shade, and sometimes little chance to find a spot at all. This caused conflict between some groups of guests. There really need to be more umbrellas. Or less guests. 2.The beach was a very disappointing little cove and the sand was not nice. This really is a pool destination. The resort was located adjacent to a beautiful long beach but YIKES!!! Scary waves! Definitely not for swimming. And you had to get the security to let you out the gate if you wanted to go walking and you had to make arrangements to get back in. Probably safer that way - like I say - not really for swimming.. 3. The a la carte restaurants were disappointing. One of the restaurants was beautifully located on the point above the beach, but tood was very disappointing. I had crepes with loster and some sort of mango sauce which was not nice. At the (I think) Italian restaurant I had fish (sea bass? I forget) with risotto which was not bad, but I had tiramisu for dessert which was not great and frozen in the middle. 4. After the lack of seats and umbrellas, my biggest complaint is the lack of free wifi. I don't want to spend all day on my computer - I just want to check my email for 10 minutes. Most places we have stayed provide free wifi in the lobby if not in the room. I don't think this is too much to ask.

We are delighted to see that you really enjoyed the beauty of our installations and pool. It is our intention to offer pleasing and clean accommodations so that our guests can still enjoy their vacation memories once they are back home. It is also good to know that you enjoyed the many culinary delights prepared by our professional Chefs who always strive to offer a wide variety of typical delights in order to please all palates and we thank you for letting us know that we could conquer yours. We regret reading that apparently we failed to ensure that our hotel policy, forbidding the reservation of sun beds, was respected during your visit. Your mentioning of this in your review did not go unnoticed and we are pleased to inform you that with immediate effect we will be enforcing the communication reminding guests that reservation of sunbeds without immediate use is forbidden in our hotel. Regarding our beach, we would like to tell you that although ours is not the most suitable for walking because of its small size, we have access to the beach which is located right on the side of the Maya Theater where you can walk and exercise. Also, please note that the beach on the side of the Buda garden, has access by a gate from the hotel and is a beach that runs along much of the coast. Thank you once again for making us your choice hotel and for your constructive critics, we certaily look forward to serving you again and to have the opportunity to exceed you expectations in a not too distant future.     “Upscale resort with just about all you need”

    Spent 2 weeks there in March 2017. Expensive. Make your reservation on line to get better pricing than at the front desk. All inclusive package option including drinks and food. Premium rooms are excellent. Great views from balcony. Small beach area but large pools and lounge areas. Very good food from your choice of 4 restaurants. Twenty minute walk to shopping areas like Walmart or a mall. $10 taxi ride to Manzanillo with its markets and shops. Best time for fishing trips is November-February. 5 hour charter is about $350. Red tide can be a problem. Tourist attractions outside the resort are limited, especially if you are familiar with Mexico. The area is safe. My wife and I did some 'hiking' [walking around the communities outside the resort proper] and felt safe. Golf course is next to hotel. 30 minute taxi ride [about $40] from the Manzanillo airport [ZLO code]. Don't confuse Manzanillo with Manzanita which is north. Negative comments limited to some issues with the restaurants running out of food and crowded pools.

    “Muitas regras para um all inclusive... ”

    Hotel lindo, estrutura muito boa, vista maravilhosa... já o atendimento deixou à desejar, ainda mais se comparado aos padrões de atendimento dos mexicanos, sempre tão atenciosos e educados. Muitas regras para um all inclusive, para jantar nos restaurantes, precisa reservar com antecedência, e se pode reservar se ficar mais de 2 noites... nós ficamos, mas achei essa regra desnecessária... o buffet é bem comercial, as bebidas são intragáveis... de máquina, sem gosto, sem gás, o melhor para tomar é a água mesmo, e de garrafa... O restaurante mexicano, fica na beira do mar, tem uma vista maravilhosa! Vale a pena reservar, só pela vista! Room service mal treinado, pedimos leite para nosso filho e a primeira frase do atendimento foi: você sabe que é cobrado esse tipo de serviço? Já no kids club, o atendimento foi excepcional! A moça, Carolina, muito atenciosa conosco e com as crianças. Muito atenta e educada! Para os padrões mexicanos, infelizmente deixou a desejar...
