Golf
The Jandía golf course is a par 72 course measuring 5,857 metres in length. Designed by Ron Kirby, it has a wide variety of long holes alternating with short but demanding holes, ensuring every player uses every club in their bag.
Jandía Golf has 4 lakes throughout the course and many dry channels. This makes for an interesting strategic challenge, both for highly skilled and less experienced players, who benefit from 4 different tee offs at each hole, adapted to personal tastes and needs.
In addition, the different winds in the area, generally quite gentle during winter, mean a different challenge faces you with each round, allowing you to play a different course every day.

“Dishonesty”
Whilst we mostly enjoyed being here, our holiday was spoiled by the disappearance of an expensive and very pretty blouse from my sister's room. We reported this loss, and were given disinterested comments that it had probably would turn up in the laundry. It didn't, and we were assured it would be posted back. It wasn't. I think we should be reimbursed for this loss. £60, 9A Ballymacrea Rd, Portrush, BT56 8NR. Norma Birley. We were with you in Feb/Mar 2018.

“How nice this hotel is in all aspects !”
We stayed at this hotel for one week from 3rd of Sep 2019 to 10th of Sep 2019. Our room was very nice with a sea view and was very quiet as requested. Bed was very wide and comfortable. The restaurant food was fantastic and service exceptional. Variation of menu changed everyday, which was very different from other hotels , I think. Of course quality was superb. Big prawns are boiled or grilled. Everyday beef stakes were grilled in front of us. All drinks are served by the waiters, very quickly with very good attitude. Also we enjoyed some cocktails ( Pina colada , daiquiri sabores , tequila sunrise etc) at the pool bar and inside bar. Swimming pool in the Adult Only area was heated and temperature was very good for us. Generally we were very impressed with all aspects and enjoyed very much in this hotel. We look forward to returning next year.

“5th year and we’ll be back ”
We have visited this hotel for the last 5 years, usually in October so slightly earlier this year. We were warmly greeted by the waiting on staff, having remembered us from previous stays. The restaurant on the pool side is excellent. The choice of food was very good and I particularly loved all the fish dishes. Service is excellent. The Al a carte restaurant is open 5 days a week with a different country theme each evening. We were honoured to have our own special starter one night that we used to enjoy a few years ago, specially organised by the senior waiter Manuel. All of the staff work tirelessly to ensure you’re well catered for, too many to mention, but in particular and addition to Manuel as previously mentioned, Cornelia, Marcus, Choti, Elena & Brian and Miguel at the poolside bar.
If I have a negative, it’s that some areas were not as clean as usual. The sun beds should be wiped down every day and the floor areas swept, not just jetted with water. The toilets at the pool side also had a tendency to block. The restaurant (serving rice dishes at lunchtime), should also clean the floor as there was cigarette ash all under our table! Some of the table linen was also looking shabby. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.
The grounds of the main hotel, in particular, the planting, are wonderful and well cared for (despite a few broken floor tiles!) and a pleasure to walk through.
Some people think there isn’t enough entertainment but there is a live act 3 x week in the green bar but it’s a shame the area outside the poolside restaurant isn’t utilised in the evening like it used to be.
We’ll certainly be back next year!

O hotel é fantástico desde a qualidade dos serviços à simpatia dos funcionários. O facto de ser destinado só a adultos permite uma enorme tranquilidade no acesso às piscinas, aos restaurantes e bares reservados ao premium. A comida é extremamente cuidada com uma clara preocupação de servir com qualidade e saudável. As bebidas nos bares são todas de marcas internacionais. Os melhores quartos são o do número 109 ao 119 pois têm acesso a terraço privado com bar e com uma vista fantástica de mar. Destaco a simpatia dos funcionários do bar atlântico: o Marco e o Daniel que tornaram a nossa estadia mais acolhedora e animada. A praia fica a 400 metros e o mar é de um verde esmeralda de perder de vista, pena a existência de um bocadinho de vento que em dois dias não permitiu estar na praia. Recomendo vivamente pela qualidade do serviço.
