The restaurant, located on the second floor next to the Lobby bar, fuses the Mediterranean essence with the elegance of the Italian Renaissance. It offers VIP seating, inside options, and a four-seat chef's table, as well as an outdoor terrace. With a bright and welcoming atmosphere, L'Olio is an elegant enclave that provides a world-class dining experience. The chefs are prepared to customise each dish according to guests' preferences and needs, paying special attention to allergies and food preferences. The restaurant also has an additional salad bar at the entrance. Diners can take advantage of the exclusive Chef's Table experience, which offers a six-course menu for $75 per person, for up to four people.

- Accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
- Dress code: gentlemen must wear a collared shirt and long dress trousers or shorts. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Vest tops, hats and sunglasses are not permitted.
