A Poniente Restaurant

A Poniente combines fresh, high-quality produce with creative tapas and traditional dishes with a modern twist. The venue has an indoor area with an elegant bar and several tables and an outdoor area with a terrace.

Note: A Poniente does not form part of the hotel's all-inclusive programme.

Alisios Pool Bar

Our poolside bar offers a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and making the most of the day. Its menu includes a careful selection of drinks and delicious snacks, ideal to enjoy between dips.

Open every day from 10.00 to 18.00.

Lunch is served from 13:00 to 16:00

Eolo Theatre Bar

The Eolo Theatre Bar is the perfect setting to enjoy evening full of entertainment and relaxation, accompanies by an exquisite selection of cocktails and drinks.

Note: In the summer season and as long as the weather permits, entertainment will move to the Pool Bar

Note: The Alisos Pool Bar will be closed starting November 17, 2025, for facility improvements. During this period (approximately 30 days), the All-Inclusive lunch will be served in the main restaurant with the usual quality and service. Likewise, our à la carte restaurant (A Poniente) will be available to half-board basis guests who wish to have lunch or a snack at the hotel.
