The restaurants at
Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel –one of them with a Michelin star– are rediscovering the know-how of the past in their kitchens with a proposal that is unique in the Aragonese Pyrenees: the fusion of traditional Aragonese recipes and the use of avant-garde techniques, not forgetting the subtle hints of Gallic cuisine. It is an ambitious project led by Chef Eduardo Salanova and Restaurant Manager Ana Acín, both from Huesca, in which local produce, quality and expertise are the protagonists.
The dining options at Canfranc Estación a Royal Hideaway Hotel include three restaurants, a snack bar and a signature cocktail bar located in a library.Each venue has its own identity and offers guests a haute cuisine experience with a journey through the flavours, aromas and cuisines of the world. Book one of the restaurants at Canfranc Estación to enjoy a varied and healthy cuisine with a local touch.
Canfranc Express
A Michelin-starred restaurant housed in a historic early 20th century railway carriage. Its signature cuisine reinterprets Aragonese culinary traditions using contemporary techniques and locally sourced ingredients, creating a dining experience that brings together heritage, creativity and the flavours of the Pyrenees.

El Internacional
A space whose design evokes the historic hotel that once occupied Canfranc Station. Its menu combines classic Spanish recipes with international influences inspired by chef Eduardo Salanova's travels, offering a varied, approachable selection full of character.

A restaurant housed in a restored railway carriage, paying tribute to French cuisine through contemporary dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Its selection of French and Spanish wines reinforces the historical connection between Canfranc, the Aragonese Pyrenees and the atmosphere of 1920s Paris.

A café and tapas bar inspired by the Art Deco aesthetics of the 1920s. Its menu blends traditional bites with contemporary creations in an elegant, relaxed setting designed for sharing, enjoying music and experiencing something with a character all its own.
La Biblioteca
The hotel's cocktail bar welcomes guests into an intimate, peaceful library, surrounded by books and mountain views. It serves classic and signature cocktails and provides the ideal setting for conversation, reading or unwinding from the pace of everyday life.
