With 1,400 m² of versatile rooms, Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, a Royal Hideaway Hotelis an exceptional location for meetings and events. The hotel has 14 rooms, many of which can be combined to form a total of 21 different spaces, all with natural light, Wi-Fi connection and, mostly, a projector.

 

With capacities ranging from 10 to 800 people and surfaces ranging from 16 to 1,000 m², the hotel is suitable for all types of gatherings, from intimate gatherings to large conventions. In addition, it offers everything necessary for each event to be carried out with precision and balance between professionalism and well-being.

 

In addition to its 9 restaurants, gym, wellness centre and spa with swimming pools, the hotel offers a wide range of activities in the surrounding area, such as golf courses and visits to wineries. A proposal that combines the excellence of its facilities and services with a unique natural and cultural environment.

 

The hotel has rooms for all types of capacities and meetings: from smaller spaces such as Business Corter and Sea View, ideal for private meetings of up to 12 people, to the Shanghai room, with 1,000 m² and capacity to accommodate up to 800 attendees.

 

It has 14 meeting rooms, many of which can be combined, allowing you to configure up to 21 different spaces. The Shanghai and Hanoi rooms are completely modular: combining Shanghai 4+5+6 results in a space of 520 m² with capacity for up to 500 people; while Hanoi 2+3+4 gives rise to an area of 330 m² with a capacity for 310 people.

 

All rooms have natural light, Wi-Fi and, for the most part, integrated audiovisual technology . In addition, initial assembly with water, folder and pen service is offered for attendees.
