A Poniente combines fresh, high-quality produce with creative tapas and traditional dishes with a modern twist. The venue has an indoor area with an elegant bar and several tables, and an outdoor area with a terrace.

Pool Bar Alisios

Our poolside bar offers a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and making the most of the day. Its menu includes a careful selection of drinks and delicious snacks, ideal to enjoy between dips.

Lunch is served from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Eolo Theatre Bar

The Eolo Theatre Bar is the perfect setting to enjoy evenings full of entertainment and relaxation, accompanied by an exquisite selection of cocktails and drinks.

Note: The Alisos Pool Bar will be closed from 17/11/2025 for reasons of improvement in the facilities. During this period (approximately 30 days), the All Inclusive lunch will be served in the main restaurant with the usual quality and service. Likewise, our à la carte restaurant A Poniente will be available to those guests on a Half Board basis who wish to have lunch or a snack in the hotel facilities.
