Information
The Premium Level service at the Barceló Monterrey Valle Hotel includes:
- Early check-in and late check-out, subject to hotel availability.
- An extended continental breakfast in the executive lounge (30th floor) is served Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This Sunday at Mitras Restaurant.
- Snacks will be served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the 30th floor for the Premium Level.
- Happy Hour with white wine, red wine, and beer from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the lounge on the 30th floor.
- Complimentary ironing service for up to one item of clothing during your stay, subject to the laundry service hours policy.
- Black-and-white printing service for 10 sheets of paper per stay.
- One pair of shoes cleaned per stay.
Please Note: Guests or those who are not registered with the hotel are not permitted entry on the Premium Level floor.
