In the summer season, Brújula unfolds its most special proposal with a night-themed route that runs through different gastronomic cultures. Each dinner becomes a stop with iconic specialties from different corners of the globe. A varied and tasty experience that invites you to explore without haste.

The restaurant also has a children's corner designed for the little ones to enjoy creating their own dishes, with options adapted to their tastes.

The Brújula Restaurant, at the Barceló Punta Umbría Beach Resort, is an essential stop for those who enjoy good food and the flavours of the world. Its buffet concept fuses local and international cuisine in a space decorated with nods to different culinary traditions, creating a dynamic and immersive atmosphere.

In the summer season, Brújula displays its most travelled side with a special selection of dishes representative of different countries, integrated into the hotel's thematic route. Diners can explore a map of flavors that includes sushi, kebabs, falafel, French pastries and a careful variety of cheeses, among other proposals that invite you to discover and enjoy.

Also designed for families, the restaurant has a children's corner where the little ones can create their own menus in a simple and fun way.
