Typically Sanabria is an à la carte gastronomic space that seeks to offer hotel guests a unique culinary experience. Through its dishes, the restaurant narrates the living history of the city, reinterpreting iconic recipes and offering a careful selection of sweet and savory bites. The restaurants and bars at the Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo hotel offer a wide variety of cuisine and a great culinary experience.
The restaurant is advised by the Padrón brothers, the first Canarian chefs to obtain 2 Michelin stars for their restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos (located in the Barceló Royal Hideaway Corales hotel); they have also been awarded 1 Michelin star in Poemas by Hermanos Padrón and have 3 Repsol Suns.
Information
Typically Sanabria is committed to exquisiteness, fusing traditional cuisine with the avant-garde and highlighting the local produce of Tenerife. The Padrón brothers transmit, through the complexity and creativity of their dishes, a magnificent history of their land: the Canary Islands. Tasting its proposal is a luxury, backed by its 3 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns.
