Inspired by the historic banquet held during the inauguration of the Canfranc International Station in 1928, the restaurant proposes a gastronomic journey through the Aragonese and French cuisines of both sides of the Pyrenees. Its tasting menus reinterpret classic preparations with current techniques and a careful selection of seasonal ingredients, giving rise to a refined cuisine where the balance between tradition, creativity and product defines each pass.
