A reference gastronomic project
Haute cuisine with historical roots
The restaurants of Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel -one of them with a Michelin star- recover for their kitchens the know-how of yesteryear with a unique proposal in the Aragonese Pyrenees: the fusion of traditional Aragonese recipes and the use of avant-garde techniques, without forgetting the wink that is also made to the Gallic cuisine. It is an ambitious project led by chef Eduardo Salanova and restaurant manager Ana Acín , both natives of Huesca, where local produce, quality and mastery are essential in the kitchen.
The gastronomic offer of Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel includes 3 restaurants, a Snack bar and a signature cocktail bar inside a library .With a strong identity, each of these spaces offers customers a haute cuisine experience marked by different flavors, aromas and nods to the cuisines of the world. Book in one of the restaurants of the Canfranc hotel to enjoy a varied and healthy proposal with a local accent.
Canfranc Express
Michelin-starred restaurant housed in a historic carriage from the early 20th century. Its signature cuisine revisits Aragonese tradition with contemporary techniques and local products, creating a gastronomic experience that combines heritage, creativity and flavours of the Pyrenees.

The International
Space with a design reminiscent of the historic hotel that occupied the Canfranc station. Its menu combines classic Spanish recipes with international influences inspired by the travels of chef Eduardo Salanova, offering a varied, close and full of personality proposal.

Restaurant located in a restored carriage that pays tribute to French cuisine through current preparations and local products. Its selection of French and Spanish wines reinforces the historical link between Canfranc, the Aragonese Pyrenees and the atmosphere of Paris in the twenties.

Art Deco Café
Cafeteria and tapas bar inspired by the art deco aesthetics of the twenties. Its proposal mixes traditional bites and contemporary creations in an elegant and relaxed environment, designed to share, and enjoy music and an experience with its own personality.
The Library
The hotel's cocktail bar welcomes you to an intimate and quiet library, surrounded by books and mountain views. It offers classic and signature cocktails and offers an ideal space to talk, read or disconnect from the daily rhythm.
