Its culinary offerings combine the bold flavors and rich identity of Mexican cuisine with Italian, Thai, and international specialties, reimagined through carefully selected ingredients, creativity, and deep respect for each product's integrity. The hotel features 7 restaurants, including specialty dining venues, a buffet restaurant, and inviting spaces designed for enjoying drinks and light bites.

Ventanas

A restaurant offering a gourmet experience inspired by the traditions of southern Spain, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Natural light and panoramic views are integral to this sophisticated setting, where every detail enhances a dining experience full of character. Hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Spices

With the Caribbean Sea as its backdrop, Spices pays homage to the richness of Mexican cuisine through recipes prepared with local ingredients. Its concept combines authenticity and freshness in a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy the country's flavors throughout the day. Breakfast is from 8:00 AM to noon, lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Palazzo

Palazzo invites guests to discover the essence of Italian cuisine through traditional recipes, homemade fresh pasta, and carefully selected ingredients, prepared to order to preserve their full flavor. Its elegant, refined atmosphere evokes a sense of classic Italian beauty. Hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Azia Avant Thai

It offers a journey through the rich diversity of Thai cuisine, featuring dishes that stay true to the essence of traditional recipes. High-quality ingredients, precise techniques, and careful presentation come together to create a true culinary journey. Hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

The Grill

It offers a romantic dinner al fresco, illuminated by candles, and with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The menu features fresh seafood, Prime Angus beef, and lamb, with a carefully selected range of cuts, all expertly grilled to enhance flavor and texture. The restaurant is open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The Deck

Located outdoors, beachfront and next to the main pool, it offers a variety of delicious à la carte dishes, snacks, and drinks, as well as a snack station prepared to welcome you. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and lunch from noon to 5:00 PM.

Chef’s Table

The Chef’s Table transforms dining into an intimate and exclusive experience. Before guests' eyes, the chef crafts and presents a 9-course gourmet tasting menu, complemented by expertly paired wines and exclusive ingredients. Available for an additional charge and accommodating up to four guests per table.

The hotel has 5 strategically located bars , from relaxed poolside spaces to enclaves overlooking the sea. A diverse, sophisticated offering that invites guests to discover something new with every dining experience.

Bar Allegria

The bar offers a relaxed atmosphere ideal for enjoying live music and a curated selection of drinks, from classic cocktails to contemporary creations. The variety of mixology is sure to captivate even the most discerning palates. The bar is open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Ventanas Lounge Bar

It invites you to extend the evening in an elegant atmosphere, accompanied by live piano music. An intimate and sophisticated space where you can enjoy a drink after a day of relaxation by the pool or in the spa. Open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Teatime

Every afternoon from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the terrace next to the Ventanas restaurant hosts a curated tea service. Canapés, sandwiches, and delicate pastries accompany sparkling wine, international coffees, and a selection of English teas.

Bar Deck

Located on the beach, Bar Deck offers a relaxed beachfront spot to enjoy refreshing drinks and cocktails. Open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Tequila Lobby Bar

With an exquisite collection of spirits carefully selected for each guest, it invites you to explore and enjoy aromas and flavors that are part of Mexican culture. All in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere

Dress code: Tailored and formal shorts are allowed. Sweatpants and swimsuits are prohibited. For footwear, closed shoes, tennis shoes, or similar are acceptable. Formal style sandals can also be worn. All restaurants reserve the right to deny entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.

This dress code applies to all restaurants, with the exception of Ventanas Restaurant, La Mesa del Chef, and Palazzo Restaurant, where formal attire is required.
