    “Excellent relaxing hotel”

Perfect location and lovely facilities combined with excellent service. The quality of the room was great and exceptionally serviced and clean. The restaurants were very good and would recommend this hotel to friends and families- it was good to have both family and adult only parts of the hotel.

“Beautiful resort- one of the kind !”

I had a lovely time here and we got upgraded upon arrival, the duplex was like something from a dream, everything was so clean and modern yet so calm and peaceful by the beach. Best hotel ever. Would totally recommend this resort.

    “Perfection”

I stayed here at this resort two weeks ago in late Sept. and LOVED every minute of it. It exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality of food, service, and room comfort. I celebrated my 40th birthday here with 9 other friends and we rented two two bedroom suites. The suites were huge (bigger than my NYC apt!) with one bedroom with a king size bed (online it says queens but it was way bigger), another bedroom with twin beds, and a pullout sofa bed if needed. Our two suites also had huge patios with seating for outside, and a full service kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle) and washing machine. We got fresh towels and bottles of water daily and the rooms were always clean when we came back. One minor issue is that one of the suites had an AC leak but this was fixed promptly. As for food, everything we tried was fantastic! I was hesitant to do the breakfast buffet (25 euros) but it was such a great deal as the food was fresh, wide variety of eggs and a la carte dishes, local Spanish cuisine, fruits, veggies, coffee, cava, smoothies, cakes, croissants, etc.! Also the seating area was very cute, there are even seating booths “in water.” Stylistically, the hotel was wonderfully designed although confusing to navigate sometimes due to the family side and the adult side being separated. We stayed on the family side but was able to use everything on the adult side. The adult side has its own pool on the ground level and also an infinity pool at the top. Both areas were easy to get chairs/towels/food service at all times. Staff was always super friendly everywhere. I loved how on our last night (Sat. night) they had a DJ play music but also a live trumpet player and drummer accompanying the music! The water in the pool was always clean. The jet streams at the infinity pool were not working when we were there though. All activities in the hotel are included! We didn’t have time to take advantage but wish we did. The gym was also nice, and you can use the water hydrotherapy in the spa for 30 euros for two people. Didn’t have time for that too but it looked nice when we went down to have a look. We ate one night at Maresia and did the tasting menu which was very good and exceptional staff service. San Ho was closed when we were there. We ordered drinks and food from the pool bar/on site restaurants and everything was always delicious, like the poke bowl and the shrimp sandwich and fries. In short, my group of friends and I loved staying at this resort. I booked it way earlier in the year like Feb. and wish we got a suite with a private pool but they were sold out. I don’t think it matters if you’re an adult and stay in the family side, though adult side would be better. The beach is like a 5-10 min. walk from the hotel and is a black sand beach which you can rent chairs/umbrellas at. We also ate nearby the hotel and it’s an easy 10 min. taxi ride to Los Cristianos which has more shopping/restaurants. Large taxis for our group one way ran about 10-12 euros. To the airport we paid about 35 euros to TFS. TFN is much further away, about an hour. TFS was about a 20 min. ride from the hotel. It’s cheap to rent cars on the island and there was easy and free street parking outside the resort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and want to be well-looked after for without having to lift much of a finger 😊 Communication with concierge by email was also always great and thorough (as you can see, I am a detailed person so these things matter to me!). The hotel also surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake dessert! Tenerife is a wonderful island and the weather was warm all late Sept. even though the forecast was in the 70s Fahrenheit. It is humid there so it’s warmer and can feel hotter than you would think it will be if coming from the USA. Loved it! Thank you to the hotel for making my trip memorable!

    “Truly wonderful .”

If you look at other posts since i started reviewing then you'll see that i've been fortunate enough to stay in some lovely places in the last few years ( bar one !! ). Anyways - cutting straight to the chase ....this is the best. Easily. If you don't mind paying a wee bit more for luxury then this is for you .Junior Suite - was huge. The standard is amazing. Emperor bed , big shower , stand alone bath, big flat screen TV, loads of storage - i could go on and on. One of the biggest plus's is a huge balcony...reckon it must be 20ft x 15ft . Sunloungers and table/chairs with tons of space to spare. The reason i think this is an big advantage is that if you are not in one of the hot tub suites ( pointless for 90% of the year to my eye) then you are on floors one and above. This affords you a fair degree of privacy and easy access to the odd welcome 5 mins in an air-con environment . The pool on the adults only side is lovely but can become busy and you feel a wee bit enclosed. If there was the tiniest criticism its that the pool lacks atmosphere and this leads to folk conversing quietly. Can't help feeling that some chill out music would solve this. The breakfast buffets are absolutely superb. Incredible variety of the highest quality produce. The staff are so, so friendly and it's a really slick operation. No request is too much. If you wander down to La Caleta ( 200yds) - then Rosso sul Mare is much better than La Vieja. Both are stunning at sunset but book in advance .
